From what I remember, the only ones who knew back then were Xiaedessa, Lum, Shizue, Koori, Taki, and Asuka. And probably the twins, their parents, and Asuka's parents. Hildegarde knows now through Xiaedessa and her duties.

Vain and Ryu, can I drag Tengu, Satsujin, and Jagen to the counsel meeting? they are kinda all that is left of the original BSN counsel. sweatdrop

Well, since Hilde is away often on missions(Especially the school) He's technically in charge, as he is her right hand, the Kaguya of the BSN. But most of the decisions are dependent on Satsujin, Jagen, and Romanoff, as their opinions have higher regard than theirs. Satsujin will be fun to work with though, because any even half-decent governmental structure is going to have varying opinions.

Confirmed so far are: Morrigan, Ryu, and Chris Redfield for Capcom and Hulk, Iron Main, and Wolverine for Mahvel. (H is intentional. For those that don't get that joke watch this)
