I was homeless up until 3 days ago... friend of mine took us in...
I can't keep doing this s**t, and when I do things to make it better... it seems to only get worse..
We sat in like 110 degree weather for 2 weeks... all went to the hospital for dehydration... Had IV's in... was crazy.. I lied and told them we had been out in the sun all day from being at the park..that way they didnt involve CPS... UGH.

Okay, basically my mom, decided she was going to come at me with an attitude after I had worked all night and then came home and helped Chris do laundry til 3 ******** am. So, I was tired when she came into my room and said "get the ******** out of bed and go get the ******** laundry done." Mind you she was screaming this and woke my kids up.... I told her I had worked all night and that I would do it in a little while. I neglected to tell her we had stayed up til 3 am doing laundry, cuz I really didnt give a s**t if she knew. So... it comes about to me being against the wall, my mom gouging my eye out and me fighting back to get her off me, cuz she was seriously hurting me to the point of my eyeball almost coming out of its socket. She tells me to get the ******** oout and all this other s**t, and I told her no, I had no where to go she made sure of that and I was staying there whether she liked it or not. She thought she could prove me wrong and called the cops. At this point Im hysterical anyway, cuz I just got through fighting my mom and hearing my daughter screaming bloody murder because of it... so the cops show up, I ******** spill my guts to them and they were all like. "We cant kick her out of your house, she has residency here. She's trying to get her stuff together so she can move out, what is the problem here?" Im pretty smug at this point... Til I get handed a citation for family violence, "contact". I now owe the state of texas 400+ dollars over my POS of a mother. So...we go, we set a court date for the 22 of July. Im thinking things will be fine. She then kicks Chris out of the house 2 weeks or so before our court date and tells him hes never allowed to come back, so he goes to a homeless shelter... then a week later my mom ultimatums me, and says that IF I do not leave him, I have to get the ******** out too. Well, Im like.. ******** you Im NOT leaving him just to please you...so she throws me out. Yeah.. SO. I was homeless for 2 weeks and didnt realize that my court date had come and gone. I flipped out when I figured out that it was like July 25th... and I had a WARRANT for FTA. Failure to appear, for those of you who arent sure what that is...
So. Yeah.. that's the last month in a nutshell.

Not to sound like a d**k (well, mostly), but you dug your own grave when you decided to move in with your mother again. When the situation arose those months back, I believe we all were rather unanimous: "DON'T move in with your mother. Stay as far away from her as inhumanly possible."
I don't know you all that well, Theresa, but I've spent enough time lurking here and reading your posts about the c**t (and that's exactly what she is) that I can speak up rather bluntly and not really care about the repercussions.
Frankly, it was a stupid move your part for thinking it was a good idea to move in with her again after all the s**t she put you through. What, did you think she'd changed since you last saw her? That your children mattered as much to her as they did to you and Chris? A baby is a crying, shitting machine that causes easily as much stress as it does happiness.
The griping and stabbing-like motions aside, I'm glad you're out of her home hell now. I'm not happy about how it happened, but maybe now you'll listen to us when we tell you to stay the ******** away from her? xp

You're absolutely right, Loke.. and yeah.. I would have listened, but things arose that caused a really tough decision... and at the time... hers was the best.. I did it for my kids... so they would have a roof over their heads.. I wouldnt have otherwise..but yeah.
It's definitely a good thing that Im out... and I do agree with you on everything there, so dont worry. lol.
Jamie ( the person that let me move in with her...) worked for Bennigans and the entire US has shut down every Bennigans, they dont have enough money to stay at the budgets either, so back to the streets we go on friday. We tried to get their two weeks severance pay, but apparently the company has not only spent their 401k but they have NO money whatsoever, so they just ******** about 10,000 people out of their jobs and money....
I called the news, we did make the news, but it's not going to help anything at this point, cuz the money isnt there. Sigh. So, they are moving in with a couple who doesnt have room to move me in there...so Chris is going to come get me Friday... 250 dollars a week is ******** outrageous anyways...

My boss thought I was looking for a new job, so she's gonna help me get my TECTA done soon, thinking it'll make me stay there. Ha. XD It's some fancy state training program, 30 hours of classes starting the end of Oct 'til Thanksgiving. She's paying for the classes AND the 30 hours I put into doing them. X3 After that is done, she'll help me get my CDA done which will let me become a director of a Daycare myself or an actual Preschool/Headstart Teacher. Does she really think I'm going to stick around where I get paid $7.50 a hour after I get all my training and classes done with when I can go somewhere else and get the pay she's getting? >>
