Julli, that's okay. It's been awhile since I was active here as well because I have been busy with some things, so I understand. Besides, isn't it around these months when people usually have exams? That's probably why so many are absence. Congratulations on becoming fourteen years old though, Julli!! biggrin

Catna, I think telling a guy you are not interested is hard but you will probably have to come out and tell him just that... Maybe add a "sorry" in there once or twice, but I can't think of anyother way to say it.
So, you know how they had YouTube blocked for me? Well I got the email back saying they were sorry and that it is unblock (which it is) and when I read through the e-mail, it ended up being my neighbor XD. So my youtube problem is fixed and they hadn't planned on blocking it, it just happened.

At Yuudai - Yeah, lolcats is the only time when I can stand that type of awful grammar, spelling etc. The cats butter me up 3nodding
Oh, and I am not in a Wrock band (as of yet) I've only penned down about 5 songs (some in first draft, others second) But yeah, if I do continue with it it will be mostly piano based, and hopefully my sister can be persuaded to join the band, but that will require a lot of arm pulling.
My favourite scene, well this is cheating I suppose. But I entirely love the whole showing Harry snippets from Voldemorts life to highlight how he works and reacts to situations, what makes him tick.
At Catna - This has already been answered by gerp but I'll give my slight knowledge to it as well. Yeah, telling someone you aren't interested is so hard. I had to do it about two years ago (but funnily enough I'm now dating him) You have to be as polite and kind as possible, but also direct so that they can't just assume you are playing hard to get. Don't do it in front of a crowd, do it in private, this way it's a lot easier to be sincere, and he also is less embarrassed. I hope that helps.
At Julli - Congratulations on turning 14. I'll do what I did to my best friend when she turned 17.

Yes, those cats really made me laugh. And I agree, that's the only time that I can stand that type of grammar as well. Will your songs be humorous or dramatic, or some other genre? I'm open to just about every music. smile

gerp, your dress is gorgeous! That is not something I am just saying. I love how the colors compliment each other. The only thing I see missing is a silver necklace. Other than that, it's just perfect. I wish I had such a beautiful dress. redface
Probably Chocolate Frogs due to two things; I love chocolate and you also get to collect cards and perhaps even learn a little from what it is written on them. smile

Gerp - I commented on your Devart about your dress. Oh, andthe silver neckalace would add a perfect touch (I remind myself of Lady Tremaine, Cinderellas stepmum)
Yuudai - So far I have about three songs about Neville (could you expect anything less?) One is a silly love song about Neville as Herbology teacher, another is from Hannah's point of view and another is just about Neville's general awesomeness throughout the series. I also have a song about Ron and Hermione and Wizard Candy in the works. They are all so rough though T__T
I will eventually be drawing a lot of inspiration from the Beatles and other 60s, 50s, 40s and 30s bands and singers like Nat King Cole, Billie Holiday, Beach Boys, Perry Como, Doris Day and fro musicals like Sweeney Todd, Disney and Rocky Horror. I want to make them as authentic to these as I can and to have a completely different sound from any other Wrock band out there at the moment.

I have a hunch that you like Neville, Ghoul? lol Though I can't blame you, he's a great character. I always thought he would make a perfect Hufflepuff as well as a Gryffindor. He's brave and hardworking; what more can you ask for in a character?
I love the Beatles. I'll admit I don't listen to them daily, but the second their song(s) are played on the radio I turn up the audio and may even start singing along! And Disney meeting Harry Potter? That's perfect, being as I love those films and their music! biggrin

Hello everyone!
I'm sorry I haven't been active lately, but you wouldn't believe what's been happening in the last couple of weeks.
First of all, my best friends fiancé has left her broken hearted and in major debt. I've been spending most of my time with her trying to help in any way I can. Secondly, Borders (my job) has been cutting everybody's hours down. I mean major crack down, I went from working four to five days a week to one or two days so I had to find a second job. And it's a good thing too because if I hadn't I wouldn't be working at all this week. That's right, Borders didn't give me any hours this week. So, now that I have a second job that pays well and gives good hours I'm gonna move in with my best friend so she will be able to stay in the apartment she's living in now.
Work is really keeping me busy, so I might not be on as much as I used to be. Not to mention that my friend doesn't have the internet ( emo ) but that's OK I guess because when I move in I'll be sleeping under the stairs in a HUGE closet. lol, yep, I'm gonna live like Harry Potter. ^.^

Okay, today for English Class, we had to write a poem about something that brough us joy, so naturally, I wrote (very badly I might add) a Harry Potter poem. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what you thought of it.

Yuudai - Yay! Meeting Beatles fans is always fun. I do that too, I love like, being on a bus with the radio on a terrible station with no songs I know, then BAM! On comes the Beatles. It makes me so happy. Yeah, Disney movies are the best in the world ^_^
MysticKoi - What happened to your best friend makes me so sad, that's really heartbreaking. But then I hear about you going to live in the cupboard under the stairs and it makes me feel better.
