*he breathing slowed down to a normal rate as he layed there on the bed. he still couldn't move so he couldn't hold mari back. instead he moved his head closer to her*
so... what happened?

She just kept holding him and rubbed his arm. She nuzzled his chest and just tried to keep him calm. "Your wounds opened back up and you were in a lot of pain. I just held onto you and tried to just comfort you, but then something happened that I didn't see the last time it happened to you. Your arms kinda became mishapened and you grew claws. You also had fangs and your eyes turned red. I kept ahold of you, but you threw me off and jumped at Kano and started attacking him like crazy. He escaped, though, but he was badly injured. You then ran off towards town and me and Odin chased after."

All she did was look back and just tried to remain calm. She just remembered that she left something our of her discription. "You turned into it after this scar opened." She put her hand on his chest and rand her fingers over it. She asked a question that was on her mind from when she was cleaning the blood from his upper body. "Where did this scar come from?"

that was when i tried to save my friend. i got slashed by one of them and blacked out.
*he leaned his head back and thought for a second*
the way i looked was the same as those monsters...

She scratched behind his ear and raised her eyebrow a bit. "What monsters? What are you talking about?"

those monsters i was fighting in the other demension. the same monsters that were stronger than anything i've ever seen. the way you said i looked is just the same as what those monsters looked.
