I thought id get a replacment if my opponent no showed?
Was I wrong, do I just get a free pass?

Techpriest Enginseer Legion_of_Nazareth well that was a boring first 24 hours of this tournament for me. I am really impressed with the progress in some of the fights so far. Hey you are winning, you have nothing to gripe about! Yeah, your lucky. KB is kind of styling on my a** with this 10 year old. I'm having to fight for mine.

Legion_of_Nazareth I thought id get a replacment if my opponent no showed? Was I wrong, do I just get a free pass? Your replacement is your own crippling insecurity knowing that you are so not worth a dude's time he never showed up.

Yeah, I am cool with that, assuming that means that when my opponents dead line is up Arc can go back to the hotel and sharpen his swords.

After that, though, since this is the first round, they'll likely stick someone from the waiting list in. Afterwards, iirc, yeah, free pass.

So...
I need a Vintrict call on this. Is a potentially lethal blow counted against me if the intent is not to outright slay?
Because... y'know... I might have targeted a point in my most recent post that would cause almost certain death to a normal human being, especially given my character's strength.

With no attention given to the rules post at all I'm going to go with "no". Especially since Tres tried to stab Raphemal in the pectoral area, which I'm pretty sure means he tried to stab a kid through the heart or lungs. I'm not complaining but... lethality is part of the game. lol. Can't allow skanks in with great axes and expect them not to almost kill people.

That seems jippy that almost half the round length goes by, and then we are expected to fight in the remaining time when others have had twice that time...
