But I have Figured out More FOr What I am going to do with the Death Eaters.
The Clan I wanted to make was To Strong..SO I seperate them into two Clans..
Death Eaters and Death Swallows.
Death Eaters Have a Sort of Reverse Sharigan..Well its not like the Sharigan at all. Instead of Copying Attacks and Reversing Genjutsus. It Actually stops all Blood line powers from working.
The Death Eaters Gain 5,000 Skill Points for every person that joins the clan.
The Death Eaters will Have A few more Perks.
Death Swallows are different. IF they are in a village were a person dies they gain 5,000 chakra points. IF they kill a person they gain 6,000 Skill Points.
They Have a skill called Soul Steal. Were once they kill a person they gain a made up techinque. The Death swallows also can Absorb One Certain Thing and reconvert it into chakra. Rather it be fire, ice, water, wind, Genjutsus, Taijutsus, etc etc.
Will be more on Both Clans when I finish them..^^

Cold, I'd say lets blow up Leaf. But Noir stole the needed element to do so.

Might I just ask what the requirements for winning the tournament were? Because if all you really had to do was defend yourself from everyone else... That's a sad winner rofl I know it seems very arbitrary mostly because it is but basically, I called it as I saw it. Since there was only one winner, I had to choose based on how well I thought someone RP'd. If I had a second place, you would have gotten it. If Quix didn't have his pendant, yo would have killed him. As far as Team Rhapsody, I only accept one person per clan so not everyone gets in.
