Maybe that there are some sage modes that don't have summonings. Or some summonings that don't have sage modes.

But Silk, what I meant was in the Tower, I got my roll to have 83, so I got a scroll. And I was wondering if I should rp and say that I got it, or should I wait.

Ok, um, Taijutsu Section has been, updated to some extent. It's actually only the first post, but it will still tell you how the process of learning a Taijutsu Style will be conducted from now on.
Check out the announcement in the main forum for a link to the partially updated Taijutsu Section and leave a response on how you think I did.
