If it comes to it I'll throw in for staff this year, although I'd rather other people do it, I feel like I'm still rather fresh to the events.

So that much IS true it seems.
I will be interested in seeing the new rigging and depending on who's running the show. I might come back and try again for a 3rd time...
...cause 09 was bad. I enjoyed the two fights I had... ALOT, which reminds me to challenge Brendyn to a proper match but all the other drama and buffoonery made the tournament as whole lack-luster.

Desi and I have both wanted to look into staffing it. Same with Fish, I think.. Or he might have been talking about something else. Unsure of how many returning staff there would be at this point, because nothing has been organized or really discussed.
'09 was bad for a lot of reasons. RL kicked a lot of people around, staff and players alike. It's become a bad habit in other tournaments now, too. Judging has been late in EVERY tournament I've taken part in since this year's HoH, and I'm hoping that will stop happening, because you can literally watch the participants' interest just drain away.
It's unavoidable sometimes, but still. It's a bad trend.

There was a lot of drama, that's one of the biggest things that killed it for people.
A lot of people had beef with other people and we were too immature to work it out like adults and instead took jabs and sniped and turned HoH into a Soap Opera. XD
I don't deny I had my fair share of issues but if it does happen this year, I'm making a grander effort to not be stupid to just shut up and enjoy my fights.
Also, teams need to be organized a little better cause there were a lot of problems with teammates dropping out/not pulling their weight, or having it out with their fellow mates/captains.
I admit, I stepped on Anna's toes a lot and for that I feel bad, but I've owned up to my own problems and would have a much better go of it if it did happen this year.
