Hm....that was right. Meilikki was so used to seeing things in her minds eye, knowing things with her eyes closed and with her goddess given sight. Now she didn't have that did she? "That's alright, you don't have to know. Sometimes, things are better that way." A hand rubbing soothingly at Meilikki's back as she had leaned over herself. This was not good at all and there was little that indeed could be done.

Max awoked with quite a large yawn, half true, half overeacting, for all his wisdom of years he sometimes found it amusing to go and be a little melodramatic, within boundaries. Being a drama king tended to get one dead in a very slow and painful matter. "Reminds aye and aye of a Mexican that I once knew." he laughed to himself as he rose to his feet, running his fingers through his long dreaded white hairs, he let out a small sigh. He still wasn't all too sure why he had agreed, in fact, offered so blatant a move in order to recieve shelder from the attractive Elf, the one that called herself Lady D'Vinn. "Don't let your little head to de thinking." he sung to himself, and tunred to face the dragon that was to be his watchman. "Still asleep, is ya? Aye and Aye wish to stretch me legs, shall aye and aye alone?" he asked of the beast.

Circa popped open an eye, raising his head and making a growl like noise that really wasn't that hostile at all to Max. Standing he stretched himself, much like a cat, shaking his head some and flicking his tail, kneading his claws into the ground some. Okay he was nice and up. He looked up at Max and cocked his head. Leave him alone? Oh he thought not. He wasn't going anywhere without this dragon.

She merely listened to Malik, knowing when he looked at her but didn't look back at him when he did. Though she did look after him at his mentioning of loosing gods as he left. Well that was new information...or rather an admitance on his part. But with a sigh her attention turned back to Meilikki. "You can always visit him, right? He's not gone forever..." Which had several meanings really...though she did catch the cue in her as Malik had held that look. A hand placed to Meilikki's once more. "Malik won't hurt you...he's better than that. You're seeing things for the first time, aren't you? And not seeing things as well. Think of it...as an adventure." Trying to find some positive aspect, as well as letting the other part of her mind construct words for Malik.

Oh please, I was awake. He paced around a moment, stretching his own legs before looking up to him again. Now he needed to be fed too? Needy thing. He looked around a bit before deciding to scamper the little ways off, though keeping an eye of Max, to intercept Keely who was on her way to the stables. Grabbing hold of the edge of her shirt he grabbed the little blond haired blue eyed ten year old over to Max.

Keely did much the same as Circa, looking up at Max and blinking, then a look to the dragon, then back up to Max. She cleared her throat. "Can I do something for you?" Obviously the little coq dragon had fetched her over for that purpose but hey, she still asked.

Again Max could not help but laugh, if nothing else it seemed that this dragon was going to be good for a few laughs. He looked down at the young girl with his one good amber eye and smiled, bowing slighty to her, it would seem that old habits bie hard, he thought to himself. "Eye and Eye was not expecting such a beautiful young lady as yourself for company." he smiled, okay, so he was going slightly overboard complenting a ten-year old, but getting on her good side couldn't hurt could it? "This old's ones stomach, growls like a beast for food, wonder could ye be of service young lady?" he smiled. Okay, he had just jumped over the edge, again, an ally never hurts, no matter how small, an ally is still just that. Max, turned to look at the Dragon, "Suppose Eye and eye would be dinning alone then?"

"What use are you? You're Meilikki...seen in many lights to different people, and not as just an oracle. I call you friend, as I hear it Aella calls you mother, you even seem to be able to calm the storm that is Tarathiel. And you ask what use you are? Just because you can't see things as you used to does not mean that you are of no use. A lot of us need you." It was funny...when humans started to loose hope it slipped fast. "It will all be surprises to you now." She met Meilikki's eyes with her own triple colored ones, giving the woman a smile. "You trust my word, don't you?" Another hug to her friend. "I'll let you to yourself for a while...but think about what I said. Life isn't lost just yet Meilikki." Thus with a final hug she got up and left, petting at Eket as she passed him and made her way to Malik. "Malik?"

She looked at Max like he was stupid. After all she wouldn't recognize a compliment on her looks if it slapped her in the face. Then again when you were ten you really didn't care anyway. A nod to Max then a look to Circa. "Can he come inside?"

The little dragon bobbed his head slightly. Well, Piper did say he could go in or out as long as he was guarded. It wouldn't hurt. But he wanted someone who could vocalize that to know.

Keely looked back to Max. "What do you want to eat, sir?"

He looked back up as apparently she joined him for breakfast. "He retreated." Sevilin shrugged slightly, pushing his food around his plate a moment before he sighed and looked up to her, brushing his bangs out of his face for a moment. "Zahara...I wanted to...thank you...for your help." He'd see how she reacted to that first before he made a fool of himself or something and she could mock himfor it.

He hadn't heard that question in a long time, it was usually what he found lying around, or was able to hunt himself. "No prefences have Eye, be calling me Max won't ye? Sir makes Eye and Eye feel old." he laughed at the abvious stupidty of the comment that just made. Turning once again to face the dragon. "Eye and eye love company when I dine, not bad is it, scaly one?" he asked, knowing well enough that dragon wasn't not going to be able to answer, aside from looking at him like he smoking something, and it from the looks of it, the dragon had gotten that one down to a science. "Well, young miss, be showing the way to the grub, will ye please?" he laughed.
