LHH stands for LadyHealingHands, a very important and kind member of the Haven Guild. Unfortunately, she has had the bad luck that she's been in two car accidents in a short period of time! sad
We discuss just about anything that are important or complete nonsense here. It is basically a place where you can get to know your fellow Hufflepuffs, but also a place where we can post information about something concerning our House. Our Prefect, One Eyed Wonder Weasle, and fellow student gerp19 have just come up with a suggestion for a competition and front page for our Common Room for example.
And before I forget it, welcome to the House of Hufflepuff, pianista! I hope you'll enjoy your stay here. biggrin

Okay, just to let everyone know, that the internet source that I am using in my towns internet and I know this because on my Mac it says "(insert town name) WIFI" (I don't feel comfortable saying my town's name, for reasons so that is why I put, Inster Town Name) Okay on with what I was talking about. Well, these geniouses thought it would be good to BLOCK Youtube for "Adult Themes". It makes me sad because I am technically not suppose to be on it during school (even though I do XD) but now I can't get on it at home. Do you guys thinks that I should ask them to reconsider doing that? I mean, its a free network and what if I need it for school or something! You can't just block Youtube from the Public!! ITS MY LIFE!! Okay, so if you guys ever want to send me a youtube video during the evening, I mostly likely won't get a chance to watch it for a couple days when I have some free time during school.
okay, sorry for the little rant, I will try and make sure that it doesn't happen again.
So how is everyone? I haven't actually just had the pleasure to have a chat with anyone.
While we are on the subject of youtube, or were, what is your favorite Youtube video? Mine would have to be either a Naruto, Real Ninja's or Potter Puppet Pals - Mysterious Ticking Noise - SPED UP!! Sorry for the really long post too sweatdrop

So people have blocked Youtube for you at home? I am really sorry to hear that when you seem to love that website so much. I think you should talk to them and ask them to make it possible for you to access that site. Even if you decided to go on some Adult Theme videos, and I'm not implying you are, then it's your choice and you have the right to as long as you're old enough. Sorry if I misunderstood anything.
I love Lanipator's channel. He has a fandub/parody series of an manga/anime series that I like a lot. I am considering starting to watch Potter Puppet Pals due to all the good reviews I've heard. smile

I sent in a request but they haven't replied yet or done anything. I guess I will jsut have to wait a while.
So how is everyone? I have been checking in everyone once and awhile when I have some free time at school and no one seems to be chatting.

My favourite websites that aren't Harry Potter related (it seems to be the current discussion) are ihascheezeburger and kittenwar They are fun, but only if you love cats and other animals. But youtube is also terrific! I'm addicted to watching shows and movies on it. heart

Yes, it's a shame. It seems like many in our House are very quiet individuals or shy. That, and perhaps some of us has some other things to do? The exams are fast approaching for me, so I usually spend a lot of my afternoons nowadays studying. Such a shame. confused
As for the websites, the ihascheezeburger one doesn't seem to be working for me. It leads me to some site with a lot of links and no cats or other animals. Is it supposed to do that?
Personally I prefer Veoh over Youtube due to the 'ten minute rule' and that Veoh's videos usually have better quality. Not always though. smile

I have some exams approaching me fast to. Juniors at my school have State Math Assessments to deal with next week. They are Social Studies and Science. I am kind nervous because neither of those are my best subjects.
I smell like oranges... haha that was RANDOM!! I am really bored and can't think of anything else to talk about, what about you guys, any ideas for chatting??

Same here. There's a chance I can end up having exams in Spanish, English, Math and Norwegian, my mother tongue, and probably some more which I can't remember at the moment. The only subject I think I have a chance in is English. confused
I agree; The Ghoul In Pajamas is an ingenious online name! biggrin
Maybe we can discuss something regarding Harry Potter? I think that is the main reason why people come here in this Guild...obviously.

I'm not sure how much longer the Blarney Banner contest will be open, but if anyone wanted to enter, but didn't know how/didn't have time to put their phrases on icons or banners, I would like to extend an offer to put them together for you.
I can use the icon base provided in the banner thread, or you can ask me to try and make something else (like a banner), and I will give it my best shot. If you're interested, you may PM me or post it here and I will check back!
I'm not saying I'm awesome or anything, I just thought it might give Hufflepuff a greater chance of winning some points if there were some more entries from us. 3nodding

icanhascheezburger try that one ^_^ I think I may have put an e at the end of "cheez" that is not supposed to be there sweatdrop Thankyou for the compliments about my name change. Yeah, I'm rather happy with it, as I was sick of my old one for a long while. I'm thinking of calling my one man Wrock band "the ghoul in pajamas" (I hope no one else steals that name though) Yuudai Sasaki, what is your ultimate favourite scene, moment or event in the Harry Potter series?

That site is brilliant! The picture of "Dr.Phil" made me laugh. lol
You play in a one-man Wrock band? That's wonderful! I can't play an instrument or sing to save my life. I don't have much of a musical talent so to speak.
That question is hard considering how many fantastic events there are in the books. The most emotional one has to be the chapter called 'Snape's Worst Memory', since I can really relate to Snape there. But there are so many great scenes in the series, so I'm not sure to be honest! biggrin What's yours?

Hey guys, it's Julli. I, uh, haven't been in quite a while, I think since the beginning of the
month...and I just wanted to apologize. Things came up (computer crash, family issues,
birthdays, school projects) and I just didn't have the time or energy to come on much.
I'm back though! And I should be in for a little while each day. I just don't want to get
re-addicted xD.
So, it seems I've missed a lot. How is everyone? I'm doing alright. I just turned 14 on

Welcome back Julli. I see that you have changed your name as well, I like it smile . As for Quidditch, we haven't had any practices yet, we tried but I had to work and it seems no one else showed up. Come to think about it, I haven't heard from Lily for a while, or anyone else in our house to go with it. I am sure taht everyone is having a really busy time right now and I can understand that.
