Felicia blushed a little a boy asking me a favor? was the first thing that came across her mind but quickly the thought faded since he only has eyes for Cassie. She rubbed the back of her head a little, "I don't know about the whole grand tour but I could show you the basics. Some things haven't totally sinked in yet when Cassie showed me around. I just got here yesterday." she rubbed her arm a little.

"Basics work for me," Dmitri said with a smile, oblivious to her blush. "Right now just a place to crash without worrying about sketchy people or getting picked up by the wrong people would be fine with me. I could settle for the floor even. I'm a low maintenance sort of guy. The important thing is probably where I can sleep, the kitchen, a bathroom I can use, maybe a place I can get something more casual to wear, maybe the Danger Room, and where I would have to go for all this figuring out academics rubbish..."
He rolled his eyes and said, "I really doubt Shakespeare or Trigonometry or whatever is going to help me in my daily life. Last I checked it wasn't like colleges were letting in mutants and who uses that rubbish in their daily lives, anyways?"
"Well... too bad you only shown up yesterday, Felicia," Dmitri added, "I was hoping winning points with Cassie's friends would win me points with her in the long run. So, you aren't any closer to her than I am, really? That's sort of disappointing." He stood, stretched and let out a yawn, "Well, can you just show me where I get to sleep, neighbor?"

a.k.a. Myth  The same shock went through Dean as Amp casually said what he could do. He didn't reach the numbers as fast as Sebastian did but still arrived at them. That kind of amplification is insane! With that kind of power the Brotherhood could have already wiped them all out! Warp alone rule the planet. If Magneto got amped....Dean shook his head a bit. It didn't add up. With a power like that why didn't they attack? What kept them at bay? An even greater or equal power of another mutant or is Dmitri limited to range alone? He hoped it was the second because the first didn't comfort him at all. But still....he couldn't help but wonder what would happen if Dmitri amplified his power. Strangely...the thought scared him. His current max is equivalent to a nuke. If that got amplified over a hundred times....Dean was sure he could bring forth something that could destroy the planet! In fact....he knew of such an object. It was not described as such but rather as something that could destroy 3 realms. Those realms were Hell, Earth and Heaven. The kid's power was dangerous. He said he was on their side but.....that was thanks to Cassandra. If he amplifies her power without her knowing.....it would be just as disastrous. But the worse thing was that the Black Reaper could have that power as well! Damnit! Dean focused on the current subject." Cassandra cares about Felicia despite knowing her for such a short period. It will win you points if you are nice but I hope you won't be nice for that reason alone. As for Martial Arts classes, I can arrange that. I am after all the teacher for that particular class." He explained. " Felicia could you show him what you know? We'll do the rest tomorrow, alright?" "Can I have a word with you Sebastian? Just putting heads together about today and that Jason fellow.." Dean asked him. It wasn't about that at all. It was about Dmitri.

Sebastian nodded. "I think it'd be best if we spoke of today." He waited for a few moments as the others left until he was certain they were out of earshot. "So. I can guess what your thinking. Dmitri. With that kind of ability, the Brotherhood must not have fully understood the implications of his power." he said in a hushed tone, eating slowly. "That is an ability that must never fall into their hands. Into anyone's hands for that matter. The consequences..." he said. But his mind was pondering the sort of things he could accomplish with that amplification ability. Possibly perfect the Lazarus Drug to work for years on end, perhaps forever! Immortality could be made possible. But he shook his head. It was unethical. Unreal. Yet so tempting. Sebastian would need the ability only for the anti-collar work. No more. But what would they do if Amp were to go back to the other side. Cassandra could order him to never use it to the full extent on a mutant, but...

But that's just one of many scenario's I thinking of right now." Dean sighed." Let's say he amps me.....you know what I can do at my max. If someone controlled me the freaking world would be my hostage. I could destroy and recreate the world itself. I'd be stronger than a Omega class. That terrifies me." "That's just one scenario. What if when Cassandra get's back and she jokes about world domination because you know she does. He could amp her so much eye contact wouldn't even be necessary. Perhaps even without her knowing it. Don't even get my started on Magneto." But he knew that wasn't the current worst threat." The Reaper, if he has that same ability and I'd pray to whatever god that he hasn't and he amps himself or rather all of himself. We would never be able to stop him. Even worse if he does turn out to be Jason Richter." Dean paused. " Man, I never thought that Dmitri kid could be such a potential threat."

Dmitri chuckled at Dean's comment and said, "I'm the nice guy. And, I did learn early on you treat people exactly how you want to be treated. I don't have it in me to be the bad guy. And, it'll be nice to have an actual martial arts expert to train me. I learn better in a group."
He turned back to Felicia, not getting overly concerned about Dean's request to speak privately with Sebastian. "Well, I guess we can head out, right?"
As he walked out and waited for Felicia in the hallway to catch up and lead the way to the dorms he asked when she caught up sounding honestly interested, "So, what's your story? You just showed up, right? Where are you from? You probably had it kind of hard with those ears and tail... many of those in Genosha with physical mutations, even something as small as an 'unnatural' color of hair had it pretty difficult... Of course, I suppose with the mutant detectors no one is all that safe, anymore from the MRD... even someone like me end up being found out."

"I know. We have to make sure that Cassandra is warned when she returns. And we can't tell Dmitri the full extent of his ability. He hasn't figured it out himself. If any mutant were to receive such a boost, even the weakest would be made several classes higher, up to Alpha. Anyone of a Beta would be Omega, and anyone higher..." he shuddered. There were few options available to them. "We'll have to tell Emma and Scott."

a.k.a. Warp  While Warp had closed the door and turned off the main light in his room and turned on a lamp, he kicked off his shoes and lay down on his bed with a long sigh. As he lay there he ran the recent events through his head, trying to recalculate dozens of scenarios that had occurred in his head. And, he kept coming back to the conversation he had with Sebastian Arkain. Why is it the man's only request he could come up with was to have Cassie returned to the X-men? Was he really that uncreative... or was it something else? It wasn't nearly as rational as Warp had expected.
And, then there was the problem with Amp. He was able to escape way too easily, even considering his power dampening abilities... Warp sat up as he realized that Amp could potentially give Eris and Erid a life without constant fear of even a handshake and probably no negative effects like the mutant collars... "And he uses his power to bail here to try to meet up and support my heartless sister..." Warp muttered. "That's..." He let out a short laugh and sent a text to Sebastian's phone:
I will be leaving the city tomorrow for two days for a camping trip. I am upping the price. I want Kovac to explain in person to his ex about his newly discovered power and how he plans to help you lot.

At the same time, Cassie had finished her pizza and was raiding Amp's fridge as she flipped through one of his sketchbooks. The kid was a good artist, but it threw her off every now and again to see her own likeness, though there was others, including a girl who seemed to wear long sleeves and gloves almost exclusively, and even a few of the pink haired teleporter that was constantly flirting with her brother. Cassie felt so out of place in the apartment that the thought of sleeping there was impossible.
As she explored the small one bedroom apartment she left a movie on the TV, unhappy with most of the selection of zombie movies, she settled on a Japanese zombie movie with the name "Stacy: Attack of the Schoolgirl Zombies" that at least had a bright cover and was comical in its over the top bad effects. Finally she sat down watching the movie and wondered what in the world she had in common with some kid who apparently was a decent artist and had an unhealthy obsession with zombie movies... She snorted at the thought of the shadow traveler trying to convince her to give the kid a chance: why? It was stupid. And the kid only liked her because of her power. And, he was totally not her type.

a.k.a. Myth "If Omega would be A Rank game-wise they can grow up to SSS rank." Dean said and rubbed the back of his head. He didn't want to say it but they could need it some day."I don't like it but see if you can make a boosting serum tomorrow with his help. If the Reaper is running around with that power, we are going to need all the help we can get.I'll inform Emma and Scott. You can find me in the Danger Room afterwards if there's something on your mind." Dean told Sebastian as he was cleaning up."Lemme know how it goes alright?" Afterwards he headed towards Emma's office. He knocked a couple of times before entering, "Were you aware of the full extend of his power? The kid I mean. He can amplify by a factor over a 100. We really need to take out the Reaper and keep an eye on the kid."

Emma Frost  Emma turned in her chair as Dean entered and raised a brow at his question. She smiled slightly and said, "To an extent I was aware of it. I am telepathic. And, it wouldn't surprise me if Warp is also fully aware of the kid's amplifying ability or at least his potential." She stood, shedding her white blazer and continued, "Warp was keeping him in solitary confinement only trusting himself and a particular teleporter to interact with him. Dmitri Kovac is harmless as long as he is nowhere near any other mutant. His power actually depends entirely on the capabilities of the mutant's power he is amplifying. He could probably have extended Warp's power further if Warp was able to concentrate and control that much... if Warp wasn't such a perfectionist, Warp's power could actually extend further with Dmitri's help." "Dmitri's power is limited as well," Emma continued. "He can only alter the powers of so many mutants at once and does have a relatively small range. I am not overly concerned about Dmitri Kovac... besides the complications that will arise when Cassie comes back-she'll want rid of him. However, Dmitri is sincere in wanting to be a part of the X-men, even if his motives are impure." "Regarding the Reaper; however," She continued, "The problem is I can't find him and he prefers to hide in the shadows. We need to draw him out of his den. The easiest way may very well be is to figure out how to purposely provoke the Black Reaper." Stepping past her desk and past Dean she said, "Is that all, Mr. Nixon? I intend to head to bed. Please do not disturb me until the morning. Good night."

a.k.a. Myth What Emma said did put him at ease. So it didn't mean that everyone could become Omega level or higher. Just the right people. "No that would be all. I will check up on Cassandra soon. See if she's alright. Goodnight." Dean replied. It was one of the reasons why he wasn't too worried about Cassandra. The Smoking Mirror. The mirror used by the Aztec God Tezcatlipoca. It has been said that Tezcatlipoca used the mirror to see the whole cosmos. Dean discovered that it can also show locations or people if you knew enough about them. However the mirror only goes one way. Dean began his walk towards the Danger Room. Provoking the Reaper? Bad media attention could help. Spread rumors of him attacking and killing humans by 'mistake'. Well there was also always the easier way of publicly provoking him and calling him out, challenging him.

Felicia smirked a little and said, "Y'know Cassie said something similar when I first came in. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Even gave me a bath in my fox form because the fur was so matted from my travels I couldn't shift properly. It was rather painful...
Anyways, well to tell the truth I haven't had it rough. I was born this way and my parents supported me from the start. The doctor wanted to cut off my tail initially and my father said "No! She's beautiful the way she is." My dad had lost his job for some time and my folks asked a favor from my aunt and we ended up living in the middle of the woods in a cabin. Later on I managed to figure out how to shift to a fox and that's how I would go into town with my dad as. When I was old enough for school I'd watch through a window and was home schooled.
At one point my father felt compelled to tell me that if anything bad were to happen to go to the Xavier Institute. I thought he was being over protective that day. I thought there would be no need to have to come here, unfortunately I was wrong...
We were having a family dinner. I brought home a nice tender rabbit for mom's special stew then these men came in." she narrowed her eyes a little remembering something else, "One had a white mask. They've captured my parents and almost placed a collar on me" she rubbed her neck afraid of what would have happened if she hadn't escaped. "I had to leave them. I had to get help. I shifted into my fox form and bolted off. Using whatever map I could find along the way.
I got to a town and decided to hide in some place where they sell animal pelts. That's where Emma found me. The next day I woke up here and hung out with Cassie."
She rubbed her head a little, "I find it strange that Cassie made no mention of this vacation she's currently on." she shrugged a little, "Then again I was out for a while."
"Enough about me though let's get you settled." she was about to open the door and she sniffed the air. "Is there another new person here? A girl?"

Sebastian was left alone with his thoughts as Dean left. His phone buzzed in his pocket. He picked it up and read the message. He texted back Understood. Will be done. He deleted the messages after it'd been sent. He'd need to hurry with the anti-collar serum tomorrow, as well as find some way to convince them to let him out of the school for a day or so. The camping trip was obviously meant to be the time Cassandra would be the least protected.
Sebastian finished his food and put his dishes in the sink, to be done later. He went downstairs to his lab. When he was down there, he began thinking on how to spring Cassandra. Frontal assault was out of the question. Also, Cassandra was likely to never accept direct help. Not from Arkain, at least. So what was left? Indirect. Make sure the doors are open.
Sebastian was reminded of a movie he'd heard of. A combination ninja/vigilante story. If he could watch the movie, he'd be able to do the same acts the character did, and possibly enter Genosha from the shadows and get Cassandra out quick and easy, with little problems.
He brought up Netflix (which he'd used for years specifically because of his sight ability) and searched for the movie. He began to watch it, quickly measuring the abilities of the character, matching the underlying principles to his own martial arts training.

Dmitri frowned as he heard the girl's story and made a snort about the vacation and first answered her question, "Yeah, there was some redheaded British-sorry Welch, I think- girl. But I think she went to bed early.... and I don't think she likes me all that much. Big surprise there..." He said rolling his eyes before adding, "And, Cassandra Diaz probably didn't make a mention of the 'vacation' because it wasn't planned out on her part. I think the others are being way to chill about the whole thing, to tell you the truth."
"Of course, it isn't my place to say anything, I suppose. Well in regards to you, I guess in a lot of ways you're lucky that you knew what you were from day one," Dmitri continued, "Most mutants aren't that lucky and they end up hurting someone or getting hurt themselves when their power flares up or a witch hunt occurs after them when a glimpse of them being different shows up. I was a city dweller... but I was on some "summer camp" field trip thing and they took us to the courthouse in Boston where they had just installed a mutant detector... if it wasn't for Cassie's brother-you know the leader of the Brotherhood- I would have been put in a MRD cell immediately. Let me guess, the X-men haven't staged a rescue for your parents? It probably hasn't even been mentioned..."
He stretched, "You have to give it to the Brotherhood, they don't put up with the MRD's crap as much as the X-men do. Until the MRD have a better way to deal with the 'mutant problem' than hunt people like animals, run sketchy experiments on 'choice' mutants, and lock people up, I think the Brotherhood in a lot of ways do have the right idea. Though I suppose it is said 'an eye for an eye makes the world go blind'."

Warp sat up again when the phone buzzed and he picked up the phone and a small forced smile appeared on his lips and he muttered and said, "Well, that was easy... this will be..." He was going to say that it was going to be entertaining but that wasn't an accurate term. With a sigh he got up and went into the living room where Calamity was sleeping on the couch, he assumed Shadow Walker slept on the couch in his study. He tried to be quiet as he entered the kitchen and opened the fridge pulling out the left over soup and began to eat it while standing at the counter.
In his head he planned what he would need for the trip to throw off suspicion. He could probably borrow a swimsuit from Raven or Blink for his sister, and she could wear one of his own jackets for the evenings, and he did have a couple sleeping bags in a closet somewhere... He glanced at the stove to see that it was already five in the morning and he frowned realizing he might actually have fallen asleep at some point. Barely giving it much thought he started the coffee maker using his power and wondered if the noise would wake Calamity on the couch.
