Luca broke free from his trance when Jin came in. He smiled, but felt that this was something to talk to Jin about, anyway. "I'm not as good a cook as Nathan, I know that, but I had to think, and art helps me do that, including culinary art... Jin," Luca began, "What we did last night with Nathan... I think it helped him a lot. Even so, I can't help but feel..." Luca placed the finished pancake in with the others, starting on some more sausage and scrambled eggs. "I know what Nathan went through. I heard the whole story. The guy Nathan fell in love with was a subordinate of evil. He tricked Nathan into hell, promising him love and protection... Called him 'bunny' and urged him to leave his family."

Luca felt a stab of anger, thinking of Nathan being jaded like that, and abused, and taken advantage of. "I've not really had such a hard life. My family accepted me. I made plenty of friends as a child. I was urged to follow my loves and passions. I haven't seen what Nathan's seen. I've had my heart broken sometimes, but I've broken the hearts of others just as frequently. Its a fleeting emotion, I thought. But toward Nathan... Its always been so consistent. I just wish there was more I could do..."

Nodding she leaned against a desk, "I have been taken off the incident case annnd Narco put me on...well yours. Its like an evaluation thingy. Sorta kinda. Order does it to everyone just watch and see what you can do how you handle stuff. The higher ups figure out if your capable of handling solo stuff or in the right place what areas you are strong in etc." she said half lieing in a way.

Leon took a deep breath. Personally, he didn't give a crap about the order checking up on him. None of that mattered to him. First things came first. "I see. What do you know about my parents?" He tried to ask calmly. If she refused to tell him, things would get difficult. He didn't want to hurt her. He hoped she would just tell him.

Jin nuzzled Luca gently. "You keep working out we can show him together well..I can try. I'm not good at making people feel good about themselves without forcing it on them with my powers. I am selfish by nature after all. I can try." He said softly.

Madeleine didn't flinch didn't move just closed her eyes sighing, "either way.............I doubt you would listen to what I have to say any way so.....I would rather stick to what you've ben told" she said softly not moving. Opening her eyes she looked straight into his, her eyes begging her with her whole soul not to do this to except it. Her eyes on the brink of tears.

Leon growled, taking a step towards her. He hesitated for a moment before shifting back. He was panting, trying to stay in control. "Tell... me... the goddamn truth. WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM!" He asked, shaking. He didn't have his sword on him luckily. He just wanted the truth. He was tired of the games and secrets. They were his family.

Madeline sighed, "Do you want to protect them? Do you want to keep them safe? Answer me those two questions and I wil ltell you what you need to know" she said taking a determined a step towards him.

Madeleine stood righ infront of him not moving her eyes from his, "...I need you to trust me. If you want to protect your family you need to not know....I know thats hard cause right now I'm wondering if the same thing isn't happening to my family....but if it was the same situation I would want to not know, to keep them safe you cant know...............I'm sorry and that is not out of pity" she said softy few tears runningdown her face. She spoke in a calm soft even voice.
