Maya laughed and patted Nova, "No, she won't eat you. She is nice. She likes to treat the children." She enters the nurse office, and smiled. She looked around and didn't find the nurse. She frowned, "Huh? That's weird....oh well. Put him on that bed." She walked over and pulled back the covers. "Some sleep might help him recover...." she said happily.

Nova nodded and set Mitsuki down on the bed and looked at him. "I hope sleep will help him..." he mumbled and looked at her. "And I'm happy you're not like Mimi. She kinda scares me," he said and chuckled softly. He walked over to her and hugged her before looking back at Mitsuki. He grinned and sat down in a neaby chair, pulling it over to the bedside. "Are you going to stay here or are you going to class?" he asked curiously.

Maya smiled from the hug, but frowned. "I wish I could stay, but I have to get to class. I'll drop by after class." She patted Nova and waved, "See ya." After she left the nurse came in, she smiled sweetly at Nova and pinched his cheeks, "Oh! Aren't you so cute!" She looked down at Mitsuki and frowned, "Oh no, what's wrong with this cutie?" she asked as she place her hand on his forehead.

Nova waved to Maya and smiled. When the nurse came in, he gasped. She was so nice! Okay, so she was not going to eat him, but she could easily smother him with affection until he died. He turned his attention to Mitsuki and frowned. "I'm not sure what's wrong with him, miss. He is kinda... I don't know. He's looked kinda dizzy lately," he said. He sniffed the air to see if she was a vampire, but lately his senses towards that was pretty bad as well. Maybe he was sick. He shook his head slightly to rid himself of the thought and grumbled.

The nurse smiled and nods, "let me take his temperature." She place the item in Mitsuki's mouth and waited. She looked at Nova oddly, "Is something wrong?" She walked over to the door, "Little assistant! Please come here and watch these two while I get this young mans health file. Then suddenly, Nova's worst nightmare. Mimi enters the room, "Yes ma'am!" Her eyes widen when spotted Mitsuki, "MITSUKI!" Then her eyes narrowed, "Nova....." she hissed. The nurse smiled, "Oh, good you know each other! I'll be right back." With that she left the room.

Nova's eyes widened and he clung to the chair. "No nurse!! Don't leave me with her, she'll kill me!!" he yelled and backed up as far as the wall and chair would allow. Great, he was stuck in a room with his human and a girl who hated his guts. That was everyone's dream. His eyes shifted frantically around the room to look for some sort of escape, but he did not want to leave Mitsuki alone. "I'm sorry Mimi... If I hurt you in any way... I really am..." he said and looked at the ground. Why was he apologizing to her? She was the one who was rude to him, and he was always so nice to her. Well, kinda.

Mimi looked over at Nova and smiled, one of her fake smiles. "There is sonthing to be sorry about, dear Nova." She walked over to the bed which Mitsuki was laying in. She reached over and began to play with strans of his hair on his bangs. "I'm just here to make sure Mitsuki is alright." Her tone of voice was mysterious and divious.

Nova's eyes and ears twitched, but just slightly. He knew she was faking, it was all over her voice and her body language. That girl wanted him gone, and he could feel it. That was the only bad thing about having heightened senses. It was always so much easier to feel how others felt. A strong tingle ran through the vampire's body as his eyes shifted everywhere around the room. Why did the girl make him feel so... Agitated? He grumbled and looked up at the ceiling, feeling uncomfortable around the girl. "I don't like the way your voice sounds..." he whispered quietly to himself and possibly even Mimi, although not knowing it. He shivered and looked at her. "Why are you playing with his hair? He is mine... You know that, right?"

Mimi ignored Nova for a moment and then smiled, "Well that's too bad." She looked down at Mitsuki and then up at Nova again. "Yours? HA! What a laugh." She looked at him dangerously, "If he's yours then stop me...." She gave him a daring glare. She began to trail one finger from his hair down his face. "Come on.....I dare you." She challenged. Mitsuki still fast asleep.

"How come you can't believe me, huh? I think someone who doesn't know what's what dares people," Nova said and shut his eyes. He was not one to be jealous or malicious to anyone, but Mimi seemed to enjoy digging around in those emotions he tried his best to stray from. The vampire glanced at Mimi with a grin. "You may kiss him if you want. I don't mind. He probably would, though," Nova said with a shrug. "I promised to keep him safe from you, but you're so persistant. I suppose you can have one kiss." He chuckled and looked at the ceiling with an amused look.

Mimi smile went to a frown and her eyes narrowed even more. "I see....that's sad. I feel sorry for Mitsuki for having such a weak partner." She looked down as Mitsuki slept, she sighed, "If I was with him, I'd make sure nobody got away with doing this to him. But I guess your not the guy that I thought you were. I guess if something happens to Mitsuki it would be your fault. I bet he's in this bed because of you. I've never known Mitsuki to be sick. EVER. But....I guess having a weak partner does that to you..." She turned as the nurse came in. She smiled at the nurse and began to leave, "Bye bye!" She left with out giving Nova a say. The nurse turned to Nova, "Isn't she sweet?"

((ACK!!! Sorry. I was gonna post last night, but right when I opened the page, mommy told me to get off. ;.; I wanted to post too... But I can now~! Hope I make up for my being booted off. ^^))
Weak Partner? Nova thought. The vampire grumbled, thinking about what the girl said. He was not weak, he just was not a jealous person. If Mitsuki wanted to, Nova would have allowed him to kiss anyone he wanted. One, he did not want to be clingy to Mitsuki and hiss and scratch at every person walking by. That sounded like Mimi. He looked at the ground and sighed. Perhaps he was weak. But, it was not his fault Mitsuki was there. The stress of having a vampire partner draining blood, then the mini war between clans. Mitsuki was just caught up in the middle. It was not Nova's fault! A grin was put back on his face when he looked back at the nurse who had just entered. He shook his head ferociously when she said that Mimi was sweet. That made him snicker softly. "Oh no, my good lady. That girl is no where near sweet... Well, towards me, anyway," he said with a grin, the neutral emotion behind it made even the vampire quiver. He had never felt in such a way toward anyone in his life. "She's never nice, sweet, charming or anything towards me. I'm actually a bit afraid of her..." He rubbed the back of his neck and chuckled nervously. Great, he had just admitted he feared the girl. Hopefully she was not outside the door or anything. Nova looked back at Mitsuki with a frown and a sigh. "He gonna be okay?"

((It's alright. I get too tired and had to head to bed myself ^^))
The nurse frowned at what the other had said, "Oh dear....I very sorry. I'll remember that next time I see her." She smiled and walked over to Mitsuki, "Let's see..." She takes out and looks at his temperature. "Hm...he don't have a fever.....he does look a tad bit pale. I'm guessing stress has messed up his diet and sleep habits. If he eats more and gets lots of rest, he'll be back to normal." She walked to the door, "The bell for class to end will ring soon. Wake him up when it does." She began to right a note and hands it to Nova. "I don't want him here, until he gets enough sleep. I think one day without school won't kill him." She smiled and winked at Nova. "Take care now!" With that said she left the sleeping Mitsuki with Nova.

Nova looked at Mitsuki the whole time he was being checked out. It was a good thing the human did not have a fever. That would have made Nova sad. For one, he did not know how to treat it, having never had one before. Second, it would give Mitsuki a good reason to stay home and get rest, and that was a beneficial thing. The vampire watched the woman leave and sighed. So, the bell to go home would ring soon, he had a note from the nurse, and he was alone. No Mimi. That made him smile. He leaned on the bed with his elbows and shut his eyes happily. The vampire kept listening intently for the bell to ring. He was focusing so much that he heard other sounds easily. The hum of the school's heating system. People walking around out in the halls. He chuckled softly and looked down at his human, resting his head on the bed and waiting for the bell to finally ring.

Mitsuki yawned and turned on his side and nuzzled more into the pillow. He was really comfortable in his bed. His thoughts were at a blank bliss. It wasn't until the bell rang and students leaving the classrooms. They head to their lockers or stright out of the building. Mitsuki mumbled something and turned back on his back.
