Actually, it's because I've been botted off the computer like 7 times today, so I never got around to posting... and I've been too damned lazy to switch to Alexander (Partly cause I'm revamping my charity) and I'm weird about posting as a character I'm not signed onto... Dun worry. It'll happen probably when it's not so hot and muggy outside (and in here)

Enki Leviathan Someone been reading Marvel Civil War recently? *Shakes head* Actually, this is an idea I recall coming up with a while back, but no one seemed very interested at the time. I figured there was no harm in bringing it up again.

Wouldn't a meta prison on Gaia just be a prison?

With how open Gaia is in terms of different mixes of mythos and whatnot, I don't know if it'd have the same philosophical oomph of "'us' and 'them'" that the Marvel storyline has.
To me it'd sound more like just another "I hate metas" idea...which is starting to get as old as the word "meta" itself. :/
Maybe it's just the Greek. Nah, probably not...I kinda like Greek...

I was under the impression that metas actually made up a relatively small portion of the Gaian population. Otherwise, there wouldn't be so many "helpless innocent" bystanders and such. And if that's the case, it would only make sense to place metas in a different type of prison specifically designed to hold them.

Ok, quick, how many people in LeviStad are regular, normal, every-day humans?
Anyone...?

Only by segregation. Regular people typically live in towns and s**t. The supernatural half of the population generally all live in castles and bars surrounded by fifteen forests, a dozen cliffs, a desert, four used car dealerships, two outside planes of existence, and one DOMINION.

That brings things like Arkham Asylum to mind. I guess people didn't think about that at first, since in a lot of cases the answer to dealing with super-powered criminals is to...well...kill them. But I can see a lot of RP opportunities from that.

But I can see a lot of RP opportunities from that. Exactly my point. We have oodles of meta villains running around, and some of them have to go SOMEWHERE. I mean, I can't imagine the majority of Gaians adopting a policy of "Eh, let 'em run amok. We'll just let the 'good' metas beat them up when they get into their ol' shenanigans."
