In more positive news.
I am NOT now contemplating leaving. Only a very long break. The support I have had from those of you who have always been closest to me, and the understanding of my friends, have been wonderful and made all the difference.
Having not had much sleep lately and been VERY aggaravting to you all, my mind is beginning to calm down now and I'm genuinely touched by how much you folks have taken the time for my slump and helped me get through it... for all I hate being weak at any time smile
What this means for the immediate future is Dagoth (and Corbin when he is on) taking general control of things. I know he has some plans in mind which should help us bring together our cohesive elements and also sort out the chaff from the wheat. I will be around loosely when I feel up to rp-ing for PLEASURE as my other characters, and of course on hand for any queries or questions anyone may have. Big thank you to Dag for covering for me in my absence. I have no idea how long my hiatus will last, but rest assured the moment I feel I CAN return and do what I expect myself to be able to do day after day, I WILL be back.
Also... I bought a new laptop. Huzzah! Its been a b***h to get online because it has one MAJOR fault. A GLARING fault. A really quite titanic sized issue, but I COULDNT avoid this when I bought it.... Yes folks, its true..... the new laptop runs on ******** VISTA. No laptops in this country port with XP anymore, to my horror and detriment. Huzzah for better processor and graphics card... BIG ******** BOO HISS for OS.

I never know what to think when I have bouts of insomnia. The daily game of "don't fall asleep" with heavy eyes and dulled senses is always a bit weird. And sometimes you just lie down--just for a few minutes--and you wake up at 10 PM just in time to stay up all night and try again tomorrow. Going for quiet walks in the morning while everyone is sleeping and I hardly feel awake either, it's almost as if I were the only person in the world.

I must say I've never heard of anything so accurate applying to any given subject. I find myself writhing as I try to sleep, starring up at the ceiling for what seems like days at a time. My eyes dry out, my body begins to ache, and the only noise in the room is silence, save for my thoughts.
It's rather bothersome, really, being all alone in the pitch black, having nothing to worry about except my own insanity quietly creeping in.
