Itachi winced, hissing slightly at the pain in his scalp. "So you drown me in blood to get your answers?" the assassin asked.

Ainsu nodded. "Of course. Morrigan-san, I'd accept her no matter what."

Kitaria said nothing, but inserted a metal device into Itachi's mouth with ehr free hand that held the man'smouth open. She picked up the bottle and began to pour some of the remainign liquid down Itachi's mouth.

Oh yes, he was going to be stubborn.
Quickly, Itachi tilted his head to the side, away from Kitaria, not allowing for the liquid to be poured.
He had tasted it at first... and wasn't ready to accept allowing Kitaria to have her way.

Kitaria put the vial down and began attaching restraints to Itachi's neck, forcing his head into an immobile and uncomfortabale postion by means of a brace.
Once he was secure she put a new cloth bag over his head and began pouring again a new bottle in her hands.

For all of his training, drowning in blood had not been one of the things on Itachi's list to prepare for.
He struggled, twitching and jerking and trying his damnedest to get out of that chair.
Gasping for breath... the assassin could feel himself begin to get light headed.

Carefully Kitaria set the bottle down and rolled up the bag just enough so that Itachi's mouth was free to breath...of course his nose was still covered and there was blood running down his face that was likely to run into his mouth (still held open by the device).
She waited about half a minute, rolled the bag back over Itachi's mouth and began pouring again.

Itachi gasped, drawing in as much air as his starved lungs could gather.
But when the process began again, his twitching increased.
Panic, a foreign emotion, was beginning to set in.

Kitaria continued the prcoess, pouring blood over the bag then rolling it up over his mouth after a few minutes so the man would not pass out and then either rolling the the bag back over his mouth and pouring more blood, or pouring blood directly in his mouth. All the while, though, the bloody bag was over Itachi's eyes and nose.

"Of course there is." Kaguyo kissed his hair. "But you don't like that you don't get to see it. You don't like the idea of being forgotten do you?"
She smiled, resting her forehead against his. "At this rate, my dear, I do believe that would be very, very hard. But I still cannot go through with it. What will you do when I am gone again?" she asked, tilting her head.
Morrigan nodded. "Alright. Because another fight like that, and I'd start to worry." she admitted quietly. "You guys fight loud.... not that I'm any better, but still. We don't want anyone to get hurt unnecessarily. You don't think he'd hurt her do you?"

The process was grueling for the young man. And here he had thought there could be no greater torture than those which Aled had invented.
Gasping for breath, trying not to pass out, the assassin wondered how long this torture could continue before his lungs burst from the strain.
Already, Itachi was exhausted.

"What have I done the other times you left?" Aled said softly. "I'll be forgotten, Kaguyo-chan. That damned son of mine is a better ruler... I can't give the people their wishes because I've created this image of a Ou which should be feared. I demand their respect, Kaguyo-chan... I'll not change that."

"Hai." both Po-ar and Ainsu replied at the same time.
The playwright nodded. "If she doesn't do what he wants... he'll kill her."

Morrigan nodded. "Well, she's an actress, right? She'll be able to get through for the most part, at least for a while." she murmured. "We'll have to be careful... if we can contact her secretly, that would be ideal."
"You'll find me, and bring me back then...?" Kaguyo asked, tilting her head. She seemed confused. "If you were kinder to the people, they'd want your experience and wisdom over your son's. You can change your image. It isn't that hard."
She reached over to the bedstand, pouring them each a glass of wine. "But then again, who am I to contest your will? I hate to say it Aled-kun, but for a Queen, I am barely more than a face with a name and title."

"Watari." Po-ar replied with a smile. "He's never held any love for Aled... he'd be perfect."
Ainsu nodded, "Watari-san could easily contact Kaguyo."

"Barely?" Aled asked with a slight smirk, taking one of the glasses. "You can do whatever your heart desires, Kaguyo-chan... Except go against my own orders. Other than that, all I have is yours."
But he avoided the question about his image altogether.

Morrigan nodded. "Then you send him a message." she instructed them firmly. "You tell him to get a hold of Kaguyo as soon as possible and ensure she's alright. We need to find out what's going on in general before we know whether or not we can trust her."
Kaguyo tilted her head. "And what exactly are my guidelines, hmm?" she asked him, noting the dodging of the image and deciding not to press the issue. "I've never taken being ordered around very well, Aled-kun, we both know that."

Po-ar nodded. "I'll do that now." he said, opening a portal and speaking with his pink elephants.
Soon, the little animals were gone.
"They're delivering the message. Watari's loyal to the rebellion, though I doubt anyone aside from myself and Ainsu actually know that."

"Well pissing you off... Not like that's very hard Aled." Kaguyo's eyes narrowed. "If we're an actual couple again it would be impossible for us to never fight. Hell, one of my little quirks may irk you---and suddenly I'm condemned?"
She finished her wine, setting the glass on the table. "That's hardly fair Aled. I can remain on Tarnbsei... and I'll forget about the rebellion... but I have never really cared whether or not I've pissed you off. You just said that was something you liked about me. Make up your mind!"
Morrigan nodded. "Wise." she sighed deeply. "We'll have to keep a close eye on the situation"
