Kikyo Jaggerjack Raven smiled softly and picked Duff up, shoving the jellybeans he gave her into her mouth. She smiled softly and regained her composure. She walked back into the main room with Duff in her arms. She sat on the couch by the fire.

Sino nodded and giggled, putting a hand on his.

She mumbled with a soft sigh, closing her eye's and humming a song.

Duff nodded over at Treachery, who had fallen asleep with her cheek pillowed on her arms at a table. "It's that woman over there with the dark hair. She's my birth mother." He looked away from Treachery and shook his head. "It seems so ridiculous. I hardly know her, but her scent matches mine. I don't want a mother."

Raven sighed softly. She would hate it if her children told her that they didn't want a mother. She would instantly kill herself. She glanced over to the girl asleep at the table. She sighed.

Nena came back downstairs, "Where on earth is Sophie?" she thought outloud. She would keep on looking.
