i've never heard of such a thing. Can you show me? go tot he moderator panel and lookf or crew logs or any other log[captain forgot xD] and click it if you see deil's name look to the right where it will say DELETED TOPIC: Kage Activity! or the topic i made name

With time you will be able to do more, every day just add one untill you can do 20 thats what i did

The other night I did 70 pushups and then 16 one armed pushups with each arm >_>;;;
