Give me one good reason why i'd want to take care of a mini you, what do i benefit from it. Money?, resources?. I got everything i need and more. So unless you got something spectacular instore for me, you're just wasting your breath.* When Alley left with Dark, Ali simply spun the pistol around his fingers before he holstered it back behind him, folding his arms across eachother afterwards and simply starring at her. He'd try to dig up some info about her aswell as means to...remove such a pest.*

She laughed, almost smugly. "We predicted such a scentance from you. You are never willing to help a stranger, even one as important as myself, unless there is something in it you may benefit from. We thought, and we decided that our original offer was too great and would become too dangerous in the hands of yourself. We considered the threatening stage of this deal also - we thought we may try to convince you by threatneing to slaughter your family and kingdom unless you helped... but that isn't what we are like, and we chose against that option - even if it would have been the easiest to choose. Instead, we have chosen to give you this..." She held her palm out infront of her, as if handing something to Aliator, but there was actually nothing there. Slowly, as you stared into the hand, a small box was becoming visable. Imoen smiled slightly as she felt the power from the box fill the room. "I shall show you, but i will not tell you what it is or how to use it, for that is something that you yourself must find out alone. If you choose to use any of your scientists or other strange creatures that you have in the basement of your castle to figure out about this item, then it will automatically fizz and dissappear before your eyes, and it will be lost." She simply opened the small box to reveal the inside, lined with blue velvet. Inside the box was a small orb of pure blue light. It seemed dim as she first opened the box, but after a few moments it grew virbant and strong, filling the entire room with a light blue shimmer. "You will not understand the power in which this object holds, untill you have found out what it does."

* Ali starred at the box and the orb for a few moments, nothing to spectacular although he could feel it had quite an amount of power. As for revelation of threatnening to slaughter his family and people, it only enhanced his desire to find those she reffered to as we and make them suffer. But first, he wanted to know what their original option was.* What was your original offer?

"Our original offer was one far too great for even you to wield the power of. We were born with this power, and simply passing it on to someone and hopeing that they can get the hang of it quickly is far too risky. We have been watching you and your abilities for quite some time actually. Since you met you now wife, and as we have watched we have been very impressed. You caught my eye years before you met that young lady, and it was me who forwarded you to my elders - that is why they chose me to speak with you today. Many different forces have watched you at different times, and although we feel that your power is great, it is not great enough to wield our power, which is the gift we were going to offer. We were to make you a spirit, neither dead nor living, that few others than ourselves know how to kill."

Me?, A spirit? Sounds like a even worse trade then that blue lightbulb in that small box of yours. Now If i choose to home that child of yours and i'll be given that small box as a gratitude, then that's a dreadful trade unless i get a instruction manuel. Cause if that thing vanishes then you can be damn sure i'll remove that child spirit without batting an eye. That's a fact you'd better believe. So either tell me how to use that thing or pray that i won't find out a way to come to your elders with the knowledge and means to annihilating them, no-one even thinks of harming my family and gets away with it. Not even spirits or the earth itself.* Cold, harsh and true. Just like always when Ali spoke. Housing some damned spirit wasn't something he'd want too but if the deal was good enough and he was completely informed of his payment then perhaps he would agree.*

Imoen sighed, the mile that hse had kept firm on her face the whole time fading. "I grow tired of you and your games, Aliator. You threaten and you mean it, true, but you are also trying to find more out about me and my people ever as we speak, and you really think that this is the way to do it?" She closed the box, and it slowly faded away which allowed her to cross her arms infront of her chest. "I have told you our offer, and i have told you the conditions. The 'little blue lightbulb' has more power in it that you give it credit for, but whether it will chose to allow you to wield it any longer after it has heard you call it that, is up to it and not us. I will give you no instruction manual, but if it is some kind of guidance you would like, i will tell you a few things about it once you have thought and accepted the offer. For now, i must depart. The spirit is to be born soon, and it is my obligarion and duty to be present, along with all my bretheren." Imoen bowed her head, and as she did so, slowly faded into nothing more but a light breeze with left quickly.

Wandering in to the bar, she saw that David was there also, huddled up near the fire. Tilting her head she realized that he must be frosted over again. With a grin, she wandered over to him and conjured a blanket again. "You silly man, out in the cold again? Here .." she said softly, wrapping the blanket around him.

"But what about when ..." she paused for a moment. Analyzing his expression, she looked at him with sympathy for a moment before continuing their conversation privately."David .. Are you alright? I have seen you fetch bottles from your private collection through a .. hole in .. space. Are you unable to orb like you had in your previous form?" as she spoke to him with her mind, she lowered herself to the floor, on her knees near his side, facing him. This allowed her to place her hand on his shoulder and could look him in the eyes. She wished to be able to see his expression so she could know what was on his mind.

She lowered her head, retracting her hand from his shoulder. Tremendous guilt and fear surged through her. She worried that she had done something wrong or that he could no longer accept her as a friend because she would not let him have her blood. After a few minutes of silent reflection, she nodded as if she knew something. Standing, she bowed to him for a moment and spoke softly. "My apologies. I shall leave you be." leaving his side, she moved to the other end of the room and seated herself by the bar.

Fearing that he had offended Ziven, David stood from his seat by the fire and walked over to where she sat. "Ziven, it's just too embarassing for me to tell you...I hope you understand."
