*Mourns the loss of great art.*
Ick... you may be able to do a file search for ".bak" and see if it brings anything up. I'm not exactly sure if there's any other way to bring that file back to it's previous version - possibly a file recovery program?

along with what rage said, check the directory of where you store your pictures... that's where painter creates it backup files.
best of luck.

*Really hopes she didn't loose it forever or he'll have to double his offer for a possibility of having the line art colored*

Yeah, I think it's a goner.
Iunno Matt. I can only work on it for about an hour, at the most, every day depending on my wrist. It would take me forever to get just the background done again and that leviathan was a b***h to do.

If you're not up to it because of your wrist, I TOTALLY understand that pain... well, not in the wrist, but the back version of it. Sad, to say the least...

If I had a tablet and wasn't doing all this with just a mouse, I probably would do it, but right now, after doing that, I can't.
God, I'm so frustrated right now. Can't believe I did that.

You did all that with a MOUSE? Holy mother ******** father of Christ! That's AMAZING! Also, don't beat yourself up too much. Sun said he's done it more then once and Jiho the Corny Crayon Though I've been a little more careful in saving my files as to avoid situations like that... >3<; ninja You're not alone, hun. I can promise you, I've done something similar as well. Three hours of work and accidentally clicked the little red X instead of the little yellow _ I cried... a lot... 3 chapters... gone...

Seriously a bamboo is all you need, my tablets no bigger then a postcard, and I get a lot of wear and tear out of it. Four years out of it anyway, give or take
