A black orb whizzed over david's head as he sat down next to Ziven and crashed into the wall behind them eroding the wood away. Yawgmoth's smoking palm was steaming with the same black energy contained within the orb. "When we said shut up, we meant shut up. No acknowledgments. Shut up. Period." Yawgmoth said grumpily shaking his hand once to free it off the black steam that rose from his tan skinned palm. Tucking his hand back under his other arm he shifted again mumbling to himself about how idiot kids never learned to listen to their elders anymore or some such nonsense. He began to realize that there was soon to be little point in trying to keep the two of the quiet, or maybe just the one of them. Yawgmoth thought that if he kept incessantly talking he'd just rip his tongue out or something. As long as he got peace and quiet.

"If he is going to kill me anyway, I might as well get a few kicks along the way, right?" He smiled, knowing that if Yawgmoth really wanted him dead, he woulden't be sitting here now.

Sensing that Yawgmoth was doing something, she reacted just as he sent the orb flying. Lucky it was not aimed at her nor aimed fatally at David. After it hit the wall, she jumped out of her seat. "Wow, what was that now? Have you seen such a thing before? You are lucky he was not aiming to kill you now." she said.
Moving over to the wall, she brought a chair closer to the hole, needing something to bring her to eye level. The seat was not high enough for her to get a good look. With a small snap of her book closing it was gone, disappearing back in to the endless depths of her pockets. Willing a spell on the chair to stay firm on the ground, she stepped confidently on to the back of the chair, raising herself up another foot, now able to see the damage up close. Holding her hand in to the hole, she made sure not to touch the damage, just in case whatever it was had a poison effect. With a small smile, she turned back to David and smiled, looking like a kid in a candy shop.
"Deadly but interesting. I wish he would show me the magic he knows, it is always a curious treat though deadly to see what he is capable of. Though .. well, every persons use of magic is curious to me. I wish to learn more from everyone!" finishing, she could not stop herself from a quiet giggle, which she stifled quickly, and flashed an apologetic look in Yawgmoth's direction before hopping down from the chair silently.

Yawgmoth grumbled some more and finally decided to wake up, there was really no chance for him to sleep with her giggling, and him talking and just the general nuisances that would occur in the bar if he stayed. He yawned and stood up from the couch and slowly ducked back behind the bar. Grabbing the very same red bottle as the night before he pulled the cork off with his teeth and drank a large gulp of it down before sitting it back and plugging the cork back on. Shaking his head lightly he felt a small shiver run down his back from the beverage's more invigorating taste than normal red wine as this bottle hidden under the bar was five percent blood. Giving it the surname 'bloodwine' and making more of a preference for Yawgmoth over the normal red liquid. "We suppose there is no point in trying to sleep with you people around." he muttered aloud hopefully they heard him, if not their loss.

Feeling shy, she walked right over to David. She stood close to his right arm, tucked just under his wing, peering across the bar at Yawgmoth, blue eyes bright with curiosity. She nodded to him with his comment. "I am unsure if he means it is acceptable to speak without upsetting him. Wait a moment longer before using your voice, please. I do not wish for blood to be spilled on this day."

David stood and placed his hand on her right sholder. He slightly closed his wing and 'said', "If anyones blood be spilled on this day, I'll make sure that not a drop is yours."

Yawgmoth sighed a little, people were slow around here. "This means we are awake. We don't care if you speak now." he said rudely and grumpily aloud. Yawgmoth made his way back to the couch where he flopped upon it lazily, awake, but still just...lazing around like a lion often did. Which, if one were to think about it, the similarities were strikingly similar. A lion, the king of the jungle, and Yawgmoth dark king of the syndicate, both seemed to be the strongest around and at the same time both slept at least twenty hours out of every day. Lazy but powerful.

Blue eyes brightened at this news from Yawgmoth. She looked up at David and smiled brightly before stepping away from him and somewhat in the direction of Yawgmoth. "It is better to be safe than sorry sometimes. What was that you shot just now?" she knew it would take him a while to reply if he would even want to. Turning her attention back to David, she still smiled brightly. "Thank you, David. That means a lot to me. I will do what I can to see the same true for you also."

"Ziven, I won't allow that, I still owe you for the two times that you have saved my life." "Oh, and Ziv, that was a warning shot. Isn't that obvious?"

"Who else has such control over dark energy?" Yawgmoth remarked boredly. Deciding to show off again he opened his hand towards the ceiling. A swirling steam of black energy gathering into his palm and formed a small orb about the size of a regulation baseball that fired itself towards the ceiling. Upon impact the orb exploded coating the ceiling with a black substance that ate away at the wood rapidly eating a hole into the ceiling allowing the moonlight to pierce through.

Laughing at David, she, looked at him and shook her head. "I understand the purpouse of it, David. I wish to know how ..." she wandered over to his side, watching and analyzing what he was doing. When he shot another orb through the ceiling, she stepped closer to him, and placed her hand near his, concentrating on analyzing this end of it also. "What you are able to do is so different than what I have learned."

"Years of creating our own form to things. Lifetimes. Don't think you can learn things so easily. Besides. you're too 'good natured' to get the dark energies to listen to you without corrupting you. We don't recommend you dabble in such things pet" Yawgmoth responded. It was true, beings of 'good' alignments often had trouble controlling the elements of darkness and Yawgmoth knew well sometimes the energy had a mind of its own and would easily turn on someone who couldn't control it. "infecting" them as it were. Corrupting their minds and bodies as it saw fit.

"Is that the same dark energy that you use with that way of transporting yourself? The .. kaboom one." she asked brightly. Not waiting for his answer, with a small pop, she could be seen through the hole on the roof now, peering at the damage from the outside. Biting her lip, she gained all she could for the moment. Pressing her hand against the roof, she mended the destroyed and a moment later was back inside the room. "What does dabble mean?"

Yawgmoth arched his eyebrow. "Dabble means to meddle in lightly. To get involved with or learn something slightly. And no, it is only a means of shape shifting that we transverse in the liquid form like that. The orbs, any beam energy, and other special tricks we do are usually darkness based energy. Do you remember us rising the dead? That was a specialized form of darkness called Necromancy. Usually forbidden in anything that teaches magic. We are just a natural talent for the dark arts. And so we use that fact that we have absolute control over it to our advantage. We specialized in darkness and nothing else over our many many lifetimes" Yawgmoth explained with a cocky smirk on his face. Yawgmoth decided to demonstrate what he meant by absolute control and decided to mess with Ziven a little. Just by his whims alone, the energies that controlled darkness obeyed him and from the ground behind Ziven rose her shadow. Actually peeling itself off of the floor. The silhouetted figure was still 'attached' to her feet per say but it was free to move around in front of Ziven and stare at her with its eyeless, featureless face. "Never seen your own shadow so closely before have you?"

"I see, thank you for explaining." she said with a smile. Tilting her head, she listened to the rest he had to say. "I do not wish to dabble then, I wish to learn. I have yet to find a magic I cannot learn." looking at what he was doing behind her, she quirked a brow. Stepping around it, she examined her shadow, which was standing alone. Crossing her arms over her middle, she stared at it with curiosity before reaching out her hand to poke at it.
