ROTS will not lift the idea that there would be a limited number of them. However, if you can get over 50 people to join ROTS and other clans, then maybe we might consider opening another position for yet another unneeded Uchiha member... Oh..
So I just need to find a Mod.. Whose not completely hating the Uchiha clan, and then convince them to make the ban go away, long enough for me to make a Uchiha <.< >.>
