and you should understand that not everyone has free time to do all this. I have to do some personal things that need to be done first before things here on the net. Just like how all the other mods are barely on, wel excpet Bone who hasnt done much in Mod business as of late. But yeah, it'll all be done eventually. I'm looking over the guild right now and seeing what needs to be changed since Drago asked me to do this.

Not to sound cocky or anything, and also hoping to not cause that damn huge conversation that things I usually say like this, trigger.
But I wont have anything to do for the duration of the night, or tomorrow.. So you could make me a mod, for basically the weekend, and I'll get all those updates and everything done for you, and everyone elses benefit. And then you can demote me come sunday...

Ah.
I always figured that all crew could make other's crew. Maybe it is only the vice captains, I'll have to investigate that further later.

Alright break down of Mod powers >>
Captains can promote: Vice-Captains and Mods
Vice-Captains can promote Mods
Mods can promote no one.
Captains can do as they please and mess with anything in the guild and gain access to the Captain's guild.
Vice-Captains basically have the same powers as a Captain.
the ones with Captains in their names can easily change who is in charge of the guild on a whim and it will never be notified via PMs unlike Mod promotions or demotions aka 'handing off' leadership
Mods are not allowed to lock subforums or purchase subforums unlike Captains or Vice-Captains which are also granted access to modifying the home page of the guild.
other than that, it's the most simple powers and accesses granted to each tier of Mod
