Was there a shake in her voice? No, not at all. She wasn't getting teary. Nope. "It was difficult, when I thought no one cared." She cleared her thorat, patting Piper's hand. "Though I know that's not true. That kind of torture can drive odd thoughts into one's head. Doesn't amtter who you are."
Omega bent, one fingernail tip pressing into Onyx's nose, almost spilling out of her top as she did so. "Wouldn't you like to try." She straightened, peering through long eyelashes at Kieran. "Yeah. I get to give you answers. Daddy likes to play games, you know." She swept her amrs out. "We'ved moved. To some place much easier to get to." Looking at her nails again. "We'll be making our moves soon. Better tell the fragile little elfy girl to get to her surface plane while she can."
Catawa flexed her claws. "I would like to kill it. But think who her father is."

The shoulder check, which would normally get an attacker killed, came at Jarlaxle, and would have hit him, had not a drow woman tried to intervien in the fight, which should have simply gottern her head hacked off, and provide enough of a stimilus to have Jarlaxle, pivote around her, allowing the woman to take the blunt of Sevilin's final counter attack. Rune Eater cut across Zahara's fury, taking out both daggers, cleanly cleaving them raw of any blade. Rune Breaker followed attacking at her wrists, probably with enough force to hack them both off without slowing down, beffore the drow was contented to pierce through her to attack Sevilin with the tip of his blade. An interesting thrust, which also lead into the maneover that let the leading blade return to the fray from a circular rotation around Jarlaxle's head, and proably through Zahara's neck, only to again be thrusted at Sevilin.

Onyx nearly crossed his eyes and wiggled his nose.
"Which one...keeping, caging, killing..or a combination of the first two?"
A smirk, walking around her, tail playing on her legs and midsection just becuase he could. she certainly didn't seem armed.
"Goodie. maybe I can join in on the fun this time. and praytell..exactly why are we to tell the fraglie elfy girl? she's not so weak..or I think you maybe suffering from that small issue that comes with a god complex of not paying attention to little details?"

((It worked for purposes that shall be divulged later. But here we go, spell usage. ^_^))
Zahara realized immediately the folly of what she'd done and she backed off just as quickly as she'd jumped on him. She'd been far too rash and for that she should have been killed. Thank Eili she hadn't been. Eili. Raising her hands to the heavens she called on Eili, she closed her eyes and felt the power of the Goddess fill her immediately even while she called on the Blade of Elistraee. "Face the wrath of the patron Goddess Eilistraee Jarlaxle and go back to the hell from whence you came." She could feel strength channeling through her in a way she'd never felt before as Eili's Divine Favour blessed her and in her hands formed a huge glowing sword, that looked almost too heavy to lift. But she lifted it with no problem and immediately she came forward and began to hack and beat at him at increased speeds, speeds even Jarlaxle woudln't be able to compete against for very long. The blade was moving too fast for any attack to move past it and Zahara was channeling the strength of the Goddess in her veins. The Goddess wouldn't give up, nor would she back down and for this moment in time, she and Zahara were one.

"Pain combined with harsh words is always a good convincer I've come to find." Idly she reached over, brushing Meilikki's hair from her eyes, tucking it behind her ear some for her. "If we didn't care then we all wouldn't of been up in arms and fighting over you this whole time Meilikki. And you geing an oracle has nothing to do with it, nor does just the prinicpal of debts being paid." She squeezed her hand lightly. "Are you just being strong for everyone else's sake?"
Kieran shook his head...this was partially irritating, even for his patience. Then again whenever someone mentioned his daughter these days he went defensive. "Get to her surface plane...what does that mean? And do tell, where have you moved too..." Might as well try to get the answers. "I would say we take her with us...if I did not fear her being easily trackable."
Sevilin was in a word, taken aback. Again she had jumped in, meddled in his affairs. It burned him up partly...and another part of him couldn't help but feel a tinge of gratitude toward her. For a moment...he watched amazed, wiping blood from the gash in his cheek as he braced his weight on one side. Okay...he was impressed...and the reprieve from assult was nice. Though at the same time...a certain nick of fear into his system at the sight of a drow priestess using the might of a goddess.

The gesture was so kind and intimate that it almsot set Meilikki over the edge, but she bit the inside of her cheek. She took a deep breath to settle herself. "It's still a little difficult to beleive. I couldn't see you comming, so I doubted you ever would." She swallowed. "It's difficult to let go."
It was obvious that Omege was enjoing the attention. She arched her back and neck a little bit, playing it out. "She's fragile because it's funny. One little man handling and she almost lost it," that last bit said with a pouty smile to Kieran. "What does it mean? Silly. It means "Leave. You don't belong here." As to where we are, oh, youll find out soon enough." She giggled.
Catawa coughed. "Daughter of an orcale and a powerful wizard. You think tose genetics are recesive? Doubt it I'd liek to slice her up, but it won't happen."
Omega did the pouty face again. "Awe, the kitty didn't like playing with me, did she? Bad kitty."

Jarlaxle did seem to notice Zahara during the fight. She tried her best to hit him, but he sipmly could anticipate her moves, or her attacks seemd to hit nothing but air, even when his whole body was where her sword just slashed.
Instead of bothering with her at all, Jarlaxle simply persued Sevilin. His twiling techniques might give the appaearcancee of fending off both attackers, but in actuallity, he was merely attacking Sevilin, and Zarhara happened to be where he wanted to swing his blades so his attacks would flow quicker and carry more wieght. The neck seemd to be Jarlasle's favorite target on Sevilin, followed by the face around the eyes and nose, and the ears. MOre than once, Jarlaxle deliberatly tried to hack off the braid that hung down the side of Sevilin's face.

Both her hands came to grasp at Meilikki's....a conversation being relived in her mind's eye...though Piper had been the one who needed the comfort that time, and this time it was Meilikki...it was funny...how they wanted to portray themselves strong to everyone else, compromising thier own feelings over the matter. Piper nodded in that understanding manner. "I know...and you know that I know. That we think being strong means holding on...but true strength lies in letting go...you taught me that Meilikki, it wouldn't do well if you didn't follow your own advice when you know it to be true. Go on, let go..." Though Piper was partially guilty of holding on to, to recent events.
He narrowed his eyes at Omega. "You know no what my daughter has been through." He didn't like how she spoke, or of things she spoke of. For one she spoke of his daughter, and two she spoke of Piper's place. "Belong or not she's here isn't she?" Nor did Kieran enjoy games when it was not the time and place for them. "What do we do with her then?"
And then Jarlaxle was practically on top of him again, attacking and swinging blades at vital areas. And going for the hair...well that made things personal. But Sevilin had gotten his second wind from the little reprieve and again fell into trying to merely out manuver his attacker, refusing to fight him. "Stop your useless endeavours Jarlaxel! Go back to your damnable princeling and plot on those who care for your vain ways." Not going to give the other the satisfaction of forcing him to do things he didn't want to.

Onyx almost purred. here was someone that actually seemto enjoy his attention. though his eyes narrowed a bit at the manhandling part. A baring of fangs.
"manhandling. hmm..tell me something Omega..exactly what do you know about 'manhandling' in any shape of the word? I am just a quiver with curiosity."
Letting a little tremor ripple through for emphasis, and that ment his tail did a little vibrating trick agasint her.
"You should know Malik won't leave without Piper, and Piper without Malik. and Malik made this home..and that means he'll fight for it. tooth and nail, claw and fang, blade and spell."
Malik had taken to pacing..and he was sweating a bit. He wanted that wight in his hand again. that blade and it's power courseing through his mind and body. his hand was starting to absently flex and and twithing like it was trying to grip a hilt that wasn't there.

Obviously the sword wasn't working so Zahara exchanged it for another spell instead apologizing as she did so. Wasn't a good idea to waste the Goddess' time. How dare he just ignore her like that. Well, she had a few other things she could hit him with. But first she had to get Sevilin out of the way. "Sevilin! Move!"The power of the Goddess still racing through her body she focused all her energy on Jarlaxle and suddenly holding out her hand allowed a laser beam of energy to slice straight through the Underdark, aimed right at Jarlaxle's throat. It would ignore armor, sear flesh, and had been reported to kill undead creatures. He wanted to play dirty, she was ready to play, dammit. "I said go back to hell you slimy, swarmy, wannabe drow b*****d!"

She smiled. "Manhandling. The brutal force of a male apon a female. Lovely really." She licked her lips. "Does that assuge your...insatiable..." rolled out fo course "curiosity?" She tugged on his tail. She shrugged. "Whatever. Persoanlly, I don't care if the world crumbles in the nothing of chaos. Do what ever you want with the elf. Throw her in a sac and toss her voer a cliff for all I care." She smiled, placing a nail on her lip. "actually, thats enticing."
She sniffled a bit. "Would hate to be a hypocrit." She gae a hiccuping laugh as a tear spilled over and ran down her cheek. "How fitting, that our positions be reversed." She bit her lip, leaned in and rested her head on Piper's shoulder, her shoulders starting to shake in silent grief.

"I could take her. I've fashioned for myself a little den out in the wild."
Tugging on the tail only got it to wrap aroudn her hand. Onyx may have a more..emotional attraction to Whirlwind. but there was a savage side to him, moreso than his father or his twin. A part that wanted to act like the beastial form that his body was. and Omega seemed like a more than willing participant to the darker part of Onyx. the demon's blood.
those claws lightly ran over Omega's skin, only one drawing a stream of blood.

Kieran's hand gripped tighter on his sword and he two steps almost menicingly forward. Easy to see that he was getting rather defensive wasn't it? Even with poison running in his veins, the safety of his child was foremost in his mind. If he was here he wasn't going to let anything happen to her. It had happened far too many times as it was. "You seem to speak an aweful lot about her...there a reason for that?"
Piper smiled lightly, "Yes, no one likes a hypocrite. And it does a person well to be on both sides of a situation." As Meilikki laid her head on the elf's shoulder, Piper wrapped an arm around her, soothingly rubbing at her back some. "Letting go is...perhaps the hardest thing to do...but the best of us learn to." She would indeed let Meilikki cry on her, just as she before had cried on Meilikki...life lessons. Though her mind could feel the twinge of Malik wanting the sword. To which she gave a sigh...here was another. "Go on A'mael...take it." Couldn't refuse his need, no matter how much she wanted to. But her attention stayed on Meilikki, bringing her other hand to wipe at her cheeks some. "It's okay to let yourself go as long as you can get yourself back."

"If you die", Jarlaxle swatted the death beam with the back of his hand, not seemingly to care except for the fact his eye squinted from the sudden burst of vicious light "Than I can return... Ploting, oh right. The plot. We did find a way to kill Lloth, you are in the way."
He turned his eye directly to look into Sevilin's, "Stop being such a spoiled little naive." He followed his words with a rather delicate looking spining attack, most professionals would call it suicide, but Jarlaxle';s movements were fluid enough to compensate for any need to change direction, affter his blades should have cut the average drow expert fighter into a few dozen pieces, he switched his maneavor to reflect a rathe outlandish circling style of combat, often refered to as swashbuckling. Most fighters hated the flashy style, due to its tremdous weaknesses, but Jarlaxle had honed his skills to such perfection that he tranfomed this outlandish fighting style into a deadly attack rutine.

She usesd a finger to dip at her own blood, and sucked on it. She chukled, talking to Kieran, but her one deep blue eye following Onyx. "Duh. I just said so, didn't I? Cause if she dies, the universe is unraveled with her. I did my task, and warned you about it." She out her hands together and rested one chin on her shoulder, closing her eyes. "I personally don't care if the world were die to. I think it would wonderfully dark"
"The most difficult." said between light sobs. "I told Tanundra I was saving my tears for you. You do a good job wearing them on your shoulder. Thank you." She cried for a good long time, in that soft way she went about everything that she did. After some time, she pulled back and whipped at her eyes. "I'm glad you came when you di. I won't be here much longer, and I'd have hated to miss your visit."
