She sighed as he held her in his arms. It always made her feel good to be in his arms. She felt safe. "You're good enough to make me happy."

All she could do was let out a happy sigh as he rubbed her back. It felt good to her and she just smiled to herself and closed her eyes.

Mari didn't want to move, but she decided to get up so they could move out. "Fine. I suppose."

She gave him a kiss back and smiled. "Either here or there, I'm with you and that's all that matters." She opened a portal to her realm and walked through, leaving it open for him.

Odin who was carrying Smash came through the portal first and Mari had walked through with Roxy. Mari was still in her demon form and she was trying to stay as calm as possible. "Odin... Try to get him to our room if you can. I think the window's big enough that even you could fit through it. Roxy... Not a word about him lashing out at me. If he remembers what happened, then he'll know anyways, but if he's not going to remember anything, then we can leave out the part of him injuring me. I know it sounds like a d**k move, but whatever." She held her hand up to her wound and her hand started to glow white. With that, she healed herself and started to rotate her shoulder to stretch it a bit.

*he nodded and carried smash to his room with no trouble. he got to his bed and layed him down on it. he just stood there and looked at him as he worried about if he'd be ok*

Mari just shrugged and went over to the ladder to get up to the house. "I don't know. I never seen that happen before." She went back to her human form and started to climb up and got into the house. She knew Roxy would follow her and she went to their room and seen Odin and Smash laying unconsciously on the bed. "Odin, if you need to you can go back to your regular form. I think everything will be fine now." Without hesistation, she looked at his shirt and just made a rip in it to take it off. It was ruined anyways with all the blood that was on it. It was no longer white, but a dark red. She went to the bathroom and got a small bucket of water and a wash cloth and started to clean his upper body off. His pants had blood on it, but at this moment she was only worried about his scar wounds. As she cleaned, she realized that they had closed back up, but the scar on his chest made her think to herself. 'I don't even remember him getting that... Did that happen while he was gone?'

*he returned to his smaller form and jumped up onto the bed. he looked at smash and found himself overwhelmed by what happed and tears flowed from his eyes*

*she followed her up into their room. she also decided to help her clean the blood off of smash. she was trying to remain calm but images of that slaughter still frightened her*
you think he'll be ok?
