00SpiritedAway00 It's okay, and yeah timeskip As they finished disrobing, Herald lay Emma on her back and pulled the covers over the two of them. [[Timeskip about an hour]] Herald lay next to Emma in bed, their clothes on the floor. His eyes were closed and it was clear from his expression that he had calmed down from the battle and was able to relax. He took a deep breath and let it out slowly as he opened his eyes and looked at the ceiling. "Do you still feel safe here?" He asked her, looking over at where she lay next to him. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma had her eyes closed. When Herald spoke, her ears twitched and she opened her eyes to look at him. "Well... I feel safe as long as I am with you... so yes I feel safe here." she replied with a small smile.☾

Never Again...Herald put his arm around Emma, thinking his own thoughts. Mostly about how he would handle The Reaver next time they encountered each other. Next time he would be at full power, but even he had to admit it would take more than that. He frowned slightly as he went over different possibilities in his head about what he could do to win. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma moved again once Herald placed his arm around her, wanting to get more comfortable to go to sleep. She rested her head on his chest slightly, and opened one eye for a moment. She saw Herald frowning slightly and assumed it was about the issue with The Reaver "What?" she asked. ☾

00SpiritedAway00 Thanks! More friendly version of Scarlet Herald looked down at Emma when he heard her voice. "There's a way to defeat him," he told her. "No one is invincible. There has to be a way." He seemed dead-set on this issue. Though he was calmer now he was still focused on defeating The Reaver. Will I be bound in chains
