Not too bad. I'm a little down because of some personal stuff going on, but I'm hoping talking to my friends on Gaia will help cheer me up.

Allergies, head cold, flu.. I don't know. I'm just really congested and completely sapped of energy. My throat hurts too, but I think that's from breathing through my mouth all night while I slept.
