Wanryoku Jingi Horobosu is a natural born disaster, with the sole purpose of wrecking anything that stands. Or rather, that is what is believed of this ogre of a man. With an unknown past he strode into Kirigakure and demanded to work for the Mizukage as his chuunin, and after supplying proof of his training and winning in the Chuunin Exam he was accepted. He is known far and wide as a literal ogre, his height the only part of his physical appearance that suggests such things.
I was approved by Shin to be a Chuunin after some hardships such as my old character accidentally being deleted by the crew and his home being deleted and such.

1. Even though the character's a chuunin, he should still start with the basic chakra + the addition from ranking up for his class.
2. I think you should change how strong Giant's Body makes your character, unless the attribute only allows him to carry the weapon with one hand.
3. Change the Oversized Mastery to a one post reduction.
Ignore all of this if Shin approved of those things.

And his chakra is basic play the bonus o.o" Did I add wrong?
And It wouldn't make sense to say he could just lift the weapon o.o" That would imply massive strength. Someone who can lift a wreckingball in one hand would be incredibly strong, hence the reason I put the strength and fortitude down instead of just implying it.
Would you prefer I just take out that part about holding the weapon in one hand?o .O

The chakra should be 230.
I would prefer if the weight of the wrecking ball was lowered. Even if it's the standard weight, lifting 12,000 pounds with one hand is sort of ridiculous. sweatdrop

Saku was born along the road to another village as his parents were on their way home. They never really wanted him and because of this they left him on the side of the road with a scroll of his families jutsu and his parents names. Along with the scroll there was a note written to any who found him stating that they wanted his last name to stay a secret seeing how their own clan was hunting them down merecoulisly. After a few hours an Anbu from Konoha traveling home heard his wales and brought him back with him giving him to a very capable family.
After a few years past the family finally sent him off to become a shinobi as the keep his real name and background a secret as his original parents wished. It wasnt long however that it became aware that he was a great deal less motivated than his fellow academy mates. So one day after class their teacher gave him a IQ test as a puzzle without telling him what it truly was. The teacher was shocked to find out that Saku was a bonafied genius and had slacked off out of boredom. After his fourth try at becoming genin he past as listening to the same stuff over and over again was greatly boring him even more than actual work was. Once a genin his aopted parents gave him the scrolls that he was found with as he shook his head. He would keep his name quiet and he would train to be the strongest he could. But one day he would prove to his entire clan that he is a force to be scared of and feared.

@Fall: Close combat includes swordplay, so change that to taijutsu or something. And what about Raiton is increased by 1 rank?
