Melfice looks up. "I think we should leave me alone for a while. I mean, my soul has been under a lot of stress. Being converted into demon form, transforming into Valmar... And now this. I don't know when I might crack." Then he sddenly remembers something. "Oh, I got a peek at Valmar's mind when I influanced him. He wonders why you call him Valmar since that's not his name." "It's not? I always assumed..." "Appearently, his name is Centennial. He was complaining about it a little, actually." "I guess since Millenia has her own name, all the other parts do too. And I guess Valmar is his own person in itself." Menos shrugs. He puts his hands in his pockets. "Hm?" He looks down, and takes something out of his pocket. It looks like a bundle of stuff inside a obviously modern plastic bag. "Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that!" "Didn't we get that from Lyn? A bunch of pictures and books and stuff? She told us not to look at it until we got back." Melfice took it from Menos and opened it, there's a bundle of a lot of stuff, but Ryudo's coat pocket was pretty big.
He picks up a picture. "Didn't we take this one when we were all together?" "Hey, It's not of our counterparts, it's actually us. It looks exactly the same other than the fact Melfice and I are in it at the same time." "Wait, who the hell is that?" He says, pointing at a person that's in Lyn's place, can't tell if it's a boy or a girl since the person is wearing a scarf over his or her face and is behind everyone.

"It's us in the picture. like the actual us, Azazel isn't Alan, he's Azazel. And Lyn is... I dunno." Ryudo shrugs, handing Eclipse the picture.

"Well that's lucky." Ryudo says. "We'll probably meet whoever it is someday." "Or maybe we already met." Melfice mutters. "I can't tell." Well... It's late. I need sleep." Menos shrugs. Suddenly he looks like he's deep in thought. "Hm. so that's how you do it." "What?" "Azazel just said something to me. Like, mind link. that makes things a bit easier." "Great, you're getting the hang of it. Well, anywhere we can turn in for the night?" "Just go further in. we used to make extra rooms when we were bored. There's a lot of rooms now, enough said."

Ryudo took a better look around. "Well Eclipse, you must feel more at home here. You were right Melfice, if I take a better look at it, it does just look more or less like a well-furnished cave." Melfice was looking inside the rooms, brushing aside the blankets that acted as doors. "Wow, is this place clean. A little dusty, though..."

Everyone nods and chooses a room. Ryudo and Melfice stay in Menos and Azazel's rooms, and everyone else just takes one. The beds are surprisingly soft, but look new, looks like they just keep them there for show, and no one actually slept in them before. In the middle of the night you hear footsteps, and Ryudo and Melfice whispering to eachother, but because of the fact there aren't actual doors, and the cave's ability to retain sound, they're easially heard.

"Ryudo, What the hell?!"
"I can't sleep..."
"What ARE you, five?! Get to sleep."
"You weren't sleeping either."
"YOU TWO SHUT UP!"

The next morning, Azazel's in the kitchen, drinking tea. Looks like he didn't get much sleep either.

Azazel yawned. "I'm okay with noise, but..." He took a drink of his tea then sighed. "Menos and I kept each other up last night. We both didn't mean it, but... It's strange. Right before we'd fall asleep, we'd hear each other's thoughts too clearly and it'd keep us up." Ryudo walks down, yawning. He looked better than Azazel because one, he was a demon, and two, he didn't support 2 people. "I didn't get much sleep either. dunno why. Felt like I missed something really badly, though."

"Yeah... but..." Ryudo mutters. "Well, anyway, I think Menos is asleep. I'm feeling more rested." He ays, taking another sip of tea.

Azazel yawns a little, looks like he;s still pretty tired. He sits down, looking like he wants to speed things up a little. "Well it's strange, you get energy from god knows where, but if you move around, you use it all up." "That's because you were exhausted to begin with." Ryudo nods. "That's what Melfice and i'd do if we were on a journey and we needed to keep moving when it was just us two. Just take it slow for a little, and just rest a little." "Alright."

Ryudo nods, but starts pacing a little. biting his lip and clenching his fists. Melfice looks up at him, pouring himself a cup of tea. "What's wrong?" "I STILL want to hit something!" "You get used to that." Melfice mutters. Yuzuki walks downstairs, yawning. Azazel looks up at everyone. "Oh yeah, when I was doing my fortune like I usually do every morning, one question kept getting a different card. turns out one's missng, you know what happened?" Yuzuki stops dead in her tracks, and there's a flashback of Jack burning the death card.
