Makoto looked to Serena and bowed.
"Thank you Serena-sama as far as I know we only have one geisha and I am the only miko, well as of right now, the others have all seemd to well, vanish you could say."
She giggled worriedly. She then turned her attention back to Mizu eyes wide.

Rune sat quietly and sipped on her sake,filling a little dissy she stopped and listened. She was pretty happy and in a cherrful mood that she sort of giggled at nothing.

Tora was delighted to dance, although she hadn't had time to memorize one with Mizu as a group. She saw that Mizu might have an idea. "I'll follow your lead, Mizu-chan or do you want me to take it?" she asked. Tora had a dance she liked to perform, but she needed to teach it to Mizu for the next time they had to dance. For now, they'd wing it and let the music take control. She smiled at Mizu nervously, a signal she was ready for what ever Mizu wanted.

Mizu blushed and fidgeted. "I...had an image of sakura in April...like that one walkway in Tokyo...or...well you know how our okiya garden looks around that time," she murmured, remembering how beautiful the small bower of sakura trees at the Kazenotanpopo Okiya looked in the spring.
"Would you mind?" she asked, her hands pressed lightly to the ground, ready to get up at a moment's notice. She gave her friend and sister a sweet smile. "If this turns out well maybe you can learn a dance together and perform it for the small entertaining Okaa-sama plans to do sometime..." she added.

Sayuri looked down at her shamisen as she replied with a smile. "No, I haven't. I was trying to get the maiko more comfortable with performing in public, though. This is the only way for them to do it. Become familiar with the art of performing and you are already halfway ready to become a geisha. The other half takes experience in which we must make sure to give them plenty of..." Sayuri paused before adding. "I'll start us off and then you can come in with the melody. I'm sure the girls know this easy dance number already..."
Sayuri's toes wiggled a bit as she tapped them to keep beat. She began to strum the strings of her shamisen after Kyoku-chan had finished her tuning and the maiko had gotten into position. The room had fallen silent except for Sayuri's shamisen. She waited for Kyoku to accompany her.

"Okay... lets do this," She smiled at Mizu and grabed her fan... maybe it would take attention away from their mistakes and make it look more polished. Tora stood in position and flashed open her fan with ease... she was glad she didn;t drop it... but she was using the grip Nitta-sama showed them. She held the fan infront of her and moved it down to her waist. Her face went as pale and lifeless as if she were a real doll. She was ready. ((OOC: Mizu... you are taking lead right? Just post little at a time and I'll follow you ^^.))

Quick as a flash she cleared all emotion off her face. "Alright, I'm ready." She too stood up, taking her place beside Tora. She opened her own fan with deceptive calm and held it before her, both hands lightly gripping it before she smoothly rolled her wrist so that the fan drifted up her left arm and across her pale face like a sakura petal in a light spring breeze.
Smooth...slow...almost lazy but not quite...

Tora too roled her fan and extended her left hand out, not but a second behind Mizu. The lights from the okiya reflected off the fan and shown into her blue eyes, illuminating them. She was glad she had the reflexes of a tiger at least.

Mizu execuded a slow rotation around as she let her left hand follow the path of other falling petals to her waist, then letting her hand with the fan drift across her body to meet the other hand like a late bloom drifting on the wind as she finished the circle.
Taking two tiny steps forward, she brought her fan out to the side, repeating the same motions as she rotated in the opposite direction. The dance was slow, both to reflect the relaxed atmosphere of Hanabi, flower watching, as well as so the two girls could dance together though only one knew the full steps to the dance.
((OOC: tell me to slow down at any time if you need it just in case i'm going too fast and not realizing it...))

Tora followed Mizu perfectly with this move. She could see where Mizu was going with this dance. She liked it so far! Tora fluttered the fan down to her waist and gracefully across her waist to meet her other hand. Tora held the fan as daintly as if she were holding a petal she didn't want to rip. All the mean wile, taking two steps forward, her kimono not making a move as her baby steps took place. Tora, still holding the 'petal' switched hands and repeted the same motion on the oposite side.
