I don't believe I've posted before but I've been into Kinnikuman/Kinnikuman Ni Sei/Ultimate Muscle since the manga started coming out in english n__n;
Didn't really get hard core into it till this year though when I could finally catch up with the few mangas I was missing. I wasn't even aware that there was a FIRST SERIES to Kinnikuman Nisei xD
I've never watched the anime of either series, at least not fully anyways, so I've really fallen in love with it based on the manga which is good too right? I mean... anyone that knows me knows I'm into muscular men, violence, and BLOOD and holy crab cakes Kinnikuman has all that O_O and a plot! I'm into art and drawing, so naturally that connects with me and hell... helps me learn to draw muscles better n___n

OH YES I was one of those ... people. The ones who saw it and thought it was the stupidest thing EVER. Guess what the FIRST thing I saw of Ultimate Muscle was? I turned on the fox box... and the first thing I saw was Mantaro... singing the COW SONG/BEEF BOWL SONG. I DIED laughing, and it really made me want to know more about it only ever seeing that ONE PART. That... and that insanely deep, manly voice coming out of a little kid 'Meat' xD
not that anyone asked but after getting into the original series of Kinnikuman my two favorite characters are in my sig x3 <3 I have many other favorites too ... but those two... I dunno why O__O just adore them.

Mars Eskara Kinda obvious, but my favorite character is Mars. X3 Funny, when I first saw UM on the Foxbox years ago, I hated it. I thought it was so stupid but when I actually sat down and watched it, I fell in love with the series and was hooked. My second favorite character is Jeager, followed by Kevin and Croe. Out of the Kinnikuman characters, my favorite is Mr. Khamen.Fufufu looks like I've got a few things in common with the boss (see items in bold)...Okay that's more than a few I guess lol Uh...My other obsessions include Spider-Man (especially Venom) to the point where my already small room is crammed with: six posters, three figurines (one Spidey, two Venom), two action figures (Spidey and Venom), lamps shaped like Spidey's head (normal and black suit versions), three lunch boxes (Spidey vs Doc Oct, Spidey vs Green Goblin, and Spidey vs Venom), a black suit paper weight, a lead figure of the Scorpion, a pillow, five plushies (a black suit Spidey, chibi Venom, and three normal Spideys), two coin bank busts (black suit and normal Spidey) two kites, a towel, a hover disc thing, two t-shirts, two Marvel calendars, and some random toys. And then I have a couple of comics...Volumes 1-5 of the Amazing Spider-Man, Birth of Venom, Venom Dark Origins 1-5 (very good series that goes into detail and a more modern twist on Venom's creation, plus the artwork is absolutely amazing, it'll make you j**z, I swear), Venom & Carnage aka the birth of Toxin, and like ten assorted Venom comics including an issue featuring She-Venom. Holy s**t. I didn't realize I had so much Spider-Man related crap until I read over that post sweatdrop I'm always buying moreOther crap I like include zombies in general (they scare the crap out of me though, it's a weird love/hate relationship), and wrestling. Alright, Kinnikuman related nonsense...Well I stumbled upon some scans of UM manga online and started reading it and remembered the good times we'd had on the FoxBox but also how much better the manga is. Anyway, I read everything that site had and hope they update it soon because Mars just revealed himself and he's dead sexy heart In the meantime, I've been reading the original Kinnikuman and have read everything that's up so far in the last two weeks (I work fast?). From that series, I love love looooooooove Buffaloman. Big muscular men with bad attitudes are right up my alley, baby! Alright this is long enough, I'll try to remember to check in on the guild when taking a break from playing Disgaea and FF XII biggrin

I'm a huge jokester, but at the same time, can be very serious and acceptin.....I think so, at least.
Anyways, I'm very happy to be let into this guild, my previous account was rejected....
I got into the fandom by finding the series on my tv as a kid, and since I was probably only 5 at the time, I got the songs, characters, everything, jammed into my head. I couldn't help it, it was just so cool. I remember one time I screamed "TOWER BRIDGE!" when Robin Mask was fighting Atlantis, waking up my sleeping cousin. Then, I couldn't find the channel that aired (obviously) re-runs and bought the kinnikuman manga, sad because I didn't know of a sequel.
Then in 2003-ish I saw ultimate muscle, and despite my tears of joy and sadness, I was hooked again, and have been ever since. Heck, I even wrote a fan-fic centering on a similar theme with a bunch of rip-offs when I was younger (ramenman like person with a bowl on his head).
My favorite character as a kid was Kinnikuman because he was too funny. But for cool fights, I had to go with Robin Mask. That being mentioned, my favorite fight in the Kinnikuman series was probably Robin vs Mammothman just because of how emotional/cool it was.
My favorite character in Nisei, so far, is probably Jade (Jaegar) with BarrierFreeMan a close second, just because of the lulz.
I've cosplayed as Kinnikuman before, and am planning to do it at Anime Expo next week in LA, so if you're going and see me, just tap me on the shoulder and say you're part of the guild.
I've done the following while cosplaying as kinnikuman: brought a beef bowl just to do the dance which actually won me a contest, posed with a Luffy, posed with a Warsman, and I usually either wear a tank-top, white shorts and sneakers, or a collared shirt and shorts.
If anyone's wondering, I don't like the foxbox's dub not only because of Jaegar's voice, but because of....-shudders- Replacing serious dialogue between Nils and Jijioman with a bunch of stereotypes of old people!
Or the "Brazillian Nutcracker?" Anyways, I have all of the ultimate muscle manga up to 22, so if you wanna borrow some, feel free to ask.

If you live in California or are going to the expo Mars, maybe I should cut a hole in my mask, stick a tuft of hair out, wear some muscle shirt, and jeans, and pose with you as Kid Muscle?
I was lucky my tv got the foreign channels. That's how I learned of some other good anime, but not as great as Kinnikuman (in my opinion.)
