She enjoyed the warmth of the water and kept her head leaned back. "They're pretty fun, but I haven't entered one in years. No one is really challenging enough for me in them."

She arched her eyebrow a small bit at her grin, but kept the smile on her face. "What's the grin been about?"

She closed her eyes and just relaxed. "Whatever you say, then." She was wondering how Smash and Zelos was doing considering that Zelos wasn't much of a talker.

Zelos looked over at where Smash was and then looked down at the water. He brought his hand up to his mask and lifted it away from his face a bit, but not far enough for him to see and used the other hand to bring water up to it and wash it off a bit.

He kept the mask up to his face and thought for a few seconds. He let out a deep sigh and took away the mask. His head was shaved bald, but his face was badly mangled. He had a deep scar over his left eye, but around his mouth was the worse. His left cheek was really scarred as if he was burned and his lips on that side were burnt away so his teeth were clearly seen. The skin was pulled tight there so he could barely open his mouth. Only enough to get food into his mouth so he could eat. The right side of his face seemed rather fine other than some scars. He had blue eyes past all of it that were undamaged. Needless to say the injury at the mouth explained the reason he couldn't talk. His tongue was badly damaged as well, but he would need to open his mouth for anyone to see that.

Zelos let out a low groan and rubbed his eyes a bit with his one great hand as someone would do when they were tired. He put the mask back on incase someone would come by because he didn't want to scare them. The only time he doesn't wear the mask is when him and Izuno are in the cottage together because she doesn't really care. When they're places where people can see them, he keeps it on.

He didn't let out any sounds, but looked through the mask slits at him and appeared interested.
