She frowned slightly. That was so not suppose to happen. The last person who did that ended up fainting after a while. The strain of having to go against it was too much. “Really? Well that’s just a shame.” She backed up a bit, though she wasn’t stupid enough to be back up into a wall.

A horrible smell of burning flesh and bones and hair quickly passed over Pidge in a wave. He coughed for a minute and put his sleeve up to his mouth. It didnt filter much, but it made it bearable. He looked in the direction it came in thru eyes that started to tear up a little and decided to investigate.

Elsie took a step back as he took one forward. She spotted a window not too far away, with no screen over it and what looked like an escape latter on it. She mentally thanked the government for putting them on practically every building in the city. She turned to look at Siin again. “Do you really want to kill me? I mean it’s not like anyone would seriously believe that I met a guy who could throw fireballs around.”

"Still, there are some, 'People' who know about us, and would like to kill us all. I can't let that happen." The flames started traveling up his arm slightly, and he looked to the window, as if he knew what she was thinking. "I wouldn't try it."

Pidge got as close as he could to the explosion site, but the police had blocked most of it off. "Aw hayle no..." he said to himself. He slipped a coin in his shoe and slumped off to an alley. He jumped up and reversed the magnetic poles in his shoes, ready to stop on the top of the next building. He made it to the roof and demagnatized his shoes, slowly creeping to the edge to see what had gone on.

Pidge would see the main building in time square completely gutted and blown outward. It was a brilliant piece of work.

“Oh and you think I’d like to get killed by them as well? To me right now it’s a lose lose situation. Either you kill me now or they kill me later. I’d rather have a bit more time on my hands thank you very much.” This was slightly freaky, first the guy blows up a building, and then he had weird flame powers or something. Then he resists her demands, and apparently can read minds? She couldn’t help but wonder what the hells this guy was. Elsie couldn’t help but think that this would be a good time for his mind to buckle under the stress and make him faint.

His left eyelid twitched slightly and his knees buckled slightly. "What the hell are you doing to me?"

Elsie smirked a bit, barely noticeable. She praised the amazing timing. “Me? I’m not doing a single thing.” It was the truth. As long as she could dodge him long enough for him to faint then she would be fine.
