Misc.: I am interested in smoking all together too much. I love my Irish heritage and am proud of it, Ireland sounds like a better place to be so I wish I could be there instead. I like history a whole lot as well as Archaeology, Paleontology, Cryptozoology, video games and anime. Well, like a lot of these guys, I'm not technically Irish. In fact, while I have Irish heritage, it's a bit of a stretch to find (Irish names from Great Britain... have to go back a ways to actually reach Eire..)
However, I really love Irish people, music, dance, beer, etc. I'm more comfortable with the Irish than with any other people. i'm working on learning Gaelic, but I only know a tiny bit. However, that'll change when I finally hit Dublin this summer for study abroad. Yeah.

I'm Vicki aka IrishDanceMum and I'm sunny, HOT, AZ. My daughter does Irish dance and I did take a couple of years of it myself. I'm dying to get back into it. While we're not really and Irish family, I'm part French and part Scottish and my hubby is part French and part Manx, we totally love anything to do with Ireland. im irish through and through.. love ireland dont ever want to leave..
im constantly hyper ie a crazy physco but im still fun.. i love to have a laugh and hang out with my friends.. im so lazy when i want to be though its unreal..

Dia dhuit!
smile I just joined Gaia a few days ago and found this lovely guild. I'm still getting the hang of things around here. It's all so overwhelming at times...
Anyways, I love Ireland or anything of a celtic nature. biggrin And sadly I am not one bit Irish... or even Scottish. I'm mainly scandinavian and german. smile But I can pretend can't I?
I currently take Irish step dance lessons at a small non-competative school nearby. It's a lot of fun.
The only reason why I wish the US's drinking age limit was dropped to 18 is not for the alcohol, but for the local Irish pubs. No, not for drinking (didn't i just tell you?), but just for the experience.
Hmm... well, I'm running out of things to say here...

im 17 in highschool and more than 3/4 irish (red hair and all), great grand parents came off the bost during the famine, the rest is german and russian.
