My name is Tales of the Blind, but you can call me Tyler, or my other account name I_cut_you
my favorite genres of metal are death metal, anything symphonic, power metal, and melodic death metal (yea i know i said death metal, but in alot of cases they sound very different)
some bands i like are Blind Guardian, Hollenthon, Summoning, Skyfire, Disillusion, Haggard, Insomnium, Eyehategod, Sabaton, Dark Lunacy and too many to list

Hey im Marc you can call me that or Magus, just recently turned 18 and yeah. I am starting a blackened death metal band ( solo project ), and some of my favorite bands are Behemoth, Carpathian Forest, Marduk, Mirrorthrone, Nile, Cannibal Corpse, etc. I really like meeting new people who are into metal so be friendly razz

yo. this is maverick mechanic. you can call me maverick, mav, or by my real nickname, Heff. i'm 18 and my favorite genres are Power, Progressive, Melodic Death Metal, Epic, Folk/Celtic/Viking, Speed, Heavy, Some Black and Death, and Extreme. fav bands are Kalmah, Dream Evil, Vhaldemar, Thunderstone, Threshold, Leverage, Silent Force, Black Majesty, 3 Inches of Blood, and Divinefire.

It's good to see some regs from the Metal boards around here! Thanks for the invitation, My Hollow and Queen of the Tree People!
Well, now I shall proceed to introduce myself.
Well people know me as Kryon or Kryon Moonspell (this last one has nothing to do with the band, I promise) and as you can imagine, Metal Music tends to be my main dish when it comes to Music, although I'm a huge fan of Post-Rock and Progressive Rock as well.
It is hard for me to pick a favourite genre, but that would most likely be Black Metal, followed by Death, Prog and Power. I am a neophyte to Doom Metal as well.
There are several bands I love, but these recent times I have been a huge fan of Sombre Chemin, Temnozor, Graveland, Ceremonial Castings, Lost Horizon, Star One, Lilith, Monolithe, Sunn O))), Moonblood, Alcest, Keep of Kalessin, Catamenia, The Meads of Asphodel, Peste Noire, Eternal Tears of Sorrow and Avantasia.
