I would take out my super rayon towel, dry him, put a waterproof shield around him, and leech off Water Kirby's water to possibly use for a counter attack. ( rofl You think so? Well no, you don't. I may dislike H2O from time to time, but it's not my weakness. If it was, I wouldn't be able to breathe underwater or control it.)

I think you just get them from Toys R Us. Speaking of Toys R Us, they sell rated M videogames there. I thought it was a kid's store.
