Samantha disembarked the escalator, still amazed by all of the things this place offered, including a food court. Feeling a little nauseous she had to stop and sit down, "Not long now. Just down the ways a little."

Samantha really looked at her friend, "Are you okay Stacy? You look funny. Are you sick after eating so fast?"

"Oh sure. I'm fine.", Stacy said as she wiped sweat from behind her neck. She tried to laugh away Samantha's concerns, but her laughter sounded a little too fake. "Now come on! You said it's just down the ways, right?" She attempted to pick up Samantha by the arm.

Samantha let the issue drop, even though she knew she was lying, "Yes."

They got to the business. It was named "Heavenly Planning"

They entered and got seen right away with a consultant to find just the right planner

[I know next to nothing about wedding planners. I was hoping you would know more, and would be able to play the planner. Don't worry, though. Next time we establish a character, I can play them.]

[Do you think I should do some research on wedding planning for this next part here?]

Stacy looked at the several pictures on the walls of the "Heavenly Planning" room. They were all giant photographs of weddings, laminated and framed on the walls. She wondered if these pictures were just for show, or if these were taken from actual weddings planned by this business.

{I have no idea what to do with a wedding planner. I'm not married. And I don't have any friends with this profession]

[Yes, please do. I've got my hands full with two kids]

Samantha wanted someone who knew what they were doing, but at a reasonable price and good at her/his job. She wants this time to be less stressful. She was handed a book full of planners. She started to look through them. References, past clients and so on.
"Wow there are a lot of ones to choose from. A good one will be hard to pick."

[I did a tiny amount of research. It may not be that much, but I think I got the gist of it. I'll look up anything else I don't know.]

[Speaking of, do you think it's better that I play the planner, considering they'll primarily interact with Samantha? Ii even have an idea for their character.]

"Hey, I like that one!", Stacy said as he pointed her finger in the book. She was gesturing towards a planner near the top right of the page. He was a man with short, red hair, a goatee, glasses, and a beret. His name was marked as "Phineas Fonz".

"What do you think of that one?"

[By all means, go right ahead.]

Samantha looked at the one she pointed out. He didn't seem bad. Good price, great recommendations, "Yeah, he looks good."

A woman approached them, "Have you decided on? I can point out a few that are just lovely."
"Oh no thanks, I think I've chosen already." Samantha turned the book around and pointed to the one she wanted, "I want this guy."

"Splendid. Follow me to his office." she walked off and the two of them left the book there and followed the lady

Samantha and Stacy were lead directly to an office door, labeled with the planner's name. The planning receptionist knocked on the door. "Mr. Fonz, you have customers that wish to see you." "Let zem come in!", said a voice from the other side of the door. This voice had an exaggerated French accent, in a pitch that seemed rather fruity for a male.

The receptionist opened the door, and the two friends went inside. Stacy was stunned at what she saw. It was as if they had stepped into a surrealist painting. Part of the floor was in pink and yellow checkers, while other parts were in blue and green stripes, or even rainbows of watercolour. Uncanny busts and statues with cartoonish anatomy littered the room, with equally silly names. "The Fly Of David" "Zip Zam Zimmerzoom" "Dragon's Collarbone"

In the midst of this strangeness was a normal desk. And there, sitting behind it with his feet up, was their planner, Mr. Fonz. Just as the room he was in, his clothing was coated in clashing senses of colour and patterns. It was almost unreal. "Bonjour, ma' cheries! Je mapelle Fonz! But you can call me Phineas if you'd like! Oh-hoh-HOHH!" He slid his chair past his desk. "So what do I have the honor of addressing vous?"

Samantha was wrung out from all of the color blasting she was having. Was this the right guy to plan a wedding? Everything in there seemed to clash. Nevertheless she gave a smile and sat down on one of the two chairs provided in front of the desk, "Yes hello. I'm looking for a wedding planner and I hear you are good. I'm getting married in three months."

"Oui!", said Phineas to his guests, "I am zee planner vou are looking for! What kind of wedding do you have in mind, si' vous plait?"

"I know this will sound cheesy and overdone but I want to feel like a princess. A spring wedding with lots of flowers, but also elegant like a castle."

Phineas nodded his head. "Zat can be done, mademoiselle! Zat can be done!" With a kick to his desk, a drawer full of paper opened up. He took one of the papers, labeled "contract", and set it on the table. "Just sign zis contract on zee dotted lines, and it becomes my duty to give vou zee best wedding zat a princess can ask for!"

[I really think I like Phineas as a planner. What about you?]

[I do.]

Samantha looked over the contract. It was clear and concise and nothing hidden in it. She signed the paper at the bottom and pushed it back to him, "Oh and I can't have alcohol, but I want my guests to be able to."

Phineas took the contract once it was given to him, holding the paper close to his face. "Oui. I see, miss... Samantha.", he said as he read her signature from the contract. He placed the paper back on the desk. "So, now zat I'm officially planning zis, zere's something zat I must know! Have vou decided on a budget for your wedding?"

All the while, Stacy was paying next to no attention to Samantha's conversation with the planner. She just spent the moment sitting down, and picking her nose when nobody looked.

"A budget? Paul and I decided on a budget of $50,000. We can stretch that a little more if we need to." Samantha said to him, sure of it.
