Korvau was busy looking around as well, hmmm... Surely some of the others had to be here! Pherein and Kieran were almost guaranteed to be part of the celebrations, after all. He looked back to Nex, just in time to see that ghost drop into his hand. With a gasp, he dropped his pail and held his hands up in the air too, expecting it to just... rain ghosts or something. Thankfully it actually did happen, a little ghost matching Nex's plopped into his hands after a few seconds. He stared at it, grin slowly widening until it was impossible for him to smile any larger.
"LOOK! WE MATCH!" He hopped in place excitedly, tail thrashing with energy. He leaned down to put it into his pail and then picked it up again. As he was correcting himself, he caught a glimpse of some familiar fur.... "WILLOW!!!!" He screeched, pointing enthusiastically. He grabbed Nex's hand with his free one, and then charged off towards his other friend. "WILLOW!! WILLOOOOOOW!!"
Ella squeezed Quilo's hand back, extending her pail when she spotted the group of adults pass by. While she didn't get candy, she heard a strange thump within her pail, peering inside with an excited gasp. Oh wow! She got a pretty bracelet! Pulling it out, she rolled it over her wrist, waving her arms at her friends.
"Look! Isn't it pretty?!" She squealed, releasing Quilo's hand to jump around and show her bracelet off. It took a minute for her eyes to roll up and lock on Tarin's head, eyes widening as she pointed a finger right at her best friend.
"Tarin! Look out! There's a monster in your hair!" Oh no! What was it? It wasn't there, before! She glanced over at Quilo, expecting him to fix the issue. Somehow! He was the brave one! Not her!

Nex watched Korv extend his hands, blinking back once a ghost fell into his hands. His head snapped up, locking on the tree branch above them. Was someone in the tree, just throwing prizes at them? Well, if Korv was happy then that was all that mattered. His eyes trailed down to view Korv, tail flicking idly behind him. Yeah. Korv was definitely happy.
"Huh." Was the only response he gave to Korv's excited babbling, though that was the generic Nex for you. The flash of green in the corner of his eye snapped his gaze from Korv, one hand raising to point towards Willow.
"Willow." It was too late. Korv had already noticed and was pulling on his hand, somehow sending the larger boy trailing behind him. Nex didn't quite notice a candy being dropped in his pail, or the plushie, but it made sense! He was too busy trying to keep up with Korv!

Well pherein decided that they would just have to look for their friends. Kieran was taking way too long to answer. However they could stop at that house. It looked all festive with the nezubats and the pretty Halloween lights. Maybe they would even have some good candy. Pherein calmed Ba’al down just long enough to run up and say the customary Trick or treat.
The old lady that answered the door ruffled the top of Pherein’s head before handing her a chocolate nezubat. Awww it was cute, how was phe supposed to eat it?
NOPE. Not only had Nex seemed to notice him, but Korv came barreling after him. Rapidly glancing side to side, Willow decided to just, for the time being, accept his fate. He knew Korv would find him no matter what, as if he was built with some Willow-sense. Whoever had given Korv that he needed to have a serious talk with. He never gave permission for such an invasive ability!
Still, it wasn't too bad, for now. The two were in matching costumes, which was sort of cute. Clutching his pail tighter, the boy stepped to the side, just in-case Korv forgot how to put the brakes on, which wasn't unlikely.
"I can hear you, even if you don't ye- what is THAT?" Right in the middle of his sentence an adult had decided to play a mean trick, dropping a turnip within his pail. Willow dropped his pail, lurching backwards and falling onto his bottom. WAS IT A MONSTER?! It looked like one!

Tengu's head snapped up when his brother spoke, eyes rolling back to view the ghost. Well... what if someone missed it? Maybe they returned the pail but forgot to take back their prize? Oh! When did Des get here, anyway? Well, that didn't matter. Des had a habit of just appearing, anyway.
Glancing down at his pail, he shrugged before glancing back towards his brother, head jerking towards the nearby balloon popping game.
"That? Do you have any ideas?" He failed to notice someone dropping a poo gummy into his pail, but soon he'd realize the disgusting candy had snuck in.

Ivy slipped out of her dorm and took a moment to adjust her dress again, and make sure her crown was straight. She'd decided to go as a fairy queen and she wanted to make sure she was as perfect as could be. She'd even had Momma make her a crown of real flowers, charmed of course to keep them from wilting, to go with her dress that she'd help make. It was a deep green color with gold ivy scroll work along the neckline, sleeves, and bottom of the skirt.It had taken a lot of work, but Ivy loved every inch of the dress.
She set off towards the festivities and absently wondered where her brother was. Oh well, maybe she'd find him later as he'd already left their room while she'd still been getting ready. The soft click of her shoes sounded on the pavement as she merged into the crowd looking over the other students and stopped at her first stall.

It was a simple enough game, get a ball in a basket and win a prize. The trick was not to throw the ball too hard so it wouldn't bounce out. Ivy carefully picked her shot and then landed the ball in one of the smaller baskets.
"Congrats!" the stall keeper said letting her have her pick from the various treats.
She took a moment and then picked out a bag with half green cotton candy in it and was about to go when the stall keeper also indicated she should take a plushie as well for making the shot.
She pondered for a few minutes and then settled on the little brown nezubat one. "Thank you." she said very quietly with a curtsy before heading off with her spoils to the next stall.
Siren had been attempting game after game with little results. At one point she had even broken a booth with a swift kick to one of the table legs before storming off. This was unfair. She was just trying to be a "good friend" and get a certain someone a familiar. Who the hell thought plushies, ghosts, and the likes were fun? Man, she just wanted a damn fox already.
'Mrrr....'
Siren's head snapped up as she heard a soft whine, turning to spot a Spectrefox. It held its ears back, looking up at Siren pitifully. What? Was it hungry? What the hell did it wa-
WAIT.
"Score!" She screeched, rushing over to the fox. Awh man, she'd find a way to bring it home, somehow! Lior was going to freak, and not in the good way!

The poo candy hadn't escaped Deskri's notice... The large crowd made him hyper vigilant about anyone - or anything - getting too close to himself, or his brother. Neither of them particularly liked being touched. He followed Tengu's gaze, eyes taking a moment to adjust to the distance... ah. "Sure... we can do that." He nodded, then offered a hand for Tengu if he wanted it. He knew it was more comforting to be in contact...
"I dunno. This isn't really my thing." He shrugged as he got into line at the dart contest. While he was waiting, a small flitterat climbed into his pail. He stared down at it, debating chasing it off but... Tengu would probably like it, so he allowed it to stay in the pail for now. Hopefully it wouldn't eat anything...
His eyesight wasn't the best, so he ended up failing the dart toss miserably. The game master chucked a consolation prize into his pail anyway, they hadn't seen someone miss so badly all night!
Eques had wandered around the fairgrounds, briefly pausing to stop before a bracelet stand. One bracelet for free? Really? Well.... why not? He spent quite a few minutes pondering before the stall owner clicked their tongue, hoping the hybrid would hurry his choice up so someone else could have their turn. Flustered, the boy grabbed a purple and black bracelet before squirming free from the stall, slipping it on his wrist and examining it.
He practically jumped when, suddenly, arms were wrapped around him. His glowing scales grew brighter as he caught a glimpse of the other, cheeks turning teal. Aella?! In.... oh Nine, what was she wearing?! Flushing as she pulled away, the hybrid glanced down at himself before shaking his head, his scales dimming in glow.
"I wasn't going to attend, originally." He admitted sheepishly before, with his head turned and cheeks bright, he acknowledged her outfit. "Y-you look nice."

"I'm sorry my pumpka was mean to you, Phe." Kie said, rubbing their sister's tummy. "I'll share all my treats with you since you got it for me." They promised, holding up the basket they had that was currently filled with a trick and nothing else. Not that they didn't mean it if they did get treats, but honestly Kie would have shared anyway.
"We'll find them easy." Kie said, waving a hand in dismissal. "We'll just find the loudest, most unruly noise and follow that." They turned and tripped over something that was just lying around. "Ouch." A laughing sound erupted near their ankles and, upon looking down, they saw a purple pumpka with a huge grin. And some candy that looked like it was from last year.
Ava's gaze flicked to look at Kirket as he approached her, immediately seizing the moment to complain. She tugged at her own costume (a bear costume matching Kirket's, complete with wings and a wand), sending him a glare that could kill anyone lesser than the therapist.
"You know how I am doing. Was this necessary? Did you have to put this on me? Plenty of people are going around without costumes." The powerful woman frowned, folding her arms and losing any impression of being intimidating she had as the costume practically turned her into a cartoon. This was not therapeutic!
Her eye caught someone walking by, handing out plushies. For a second, the image of her newly adopted daughter, Maple, flashed in her head. She snatched a plushie from the person, ignoring their startled yelp as she placed it in her pail. There. She was done now, right?

Vaden made his way through the crowds, just trying to get back to his dorm. He'd unfortunately been out of food for Charo and had been forced to go out to the pet shop. The trains had been late and while he'd planned to be safe back in his quiet dorm, he was now out in the crowd. He sighed and tried to weave his way to a less crowded area. Well at least everyone looked like they were having fun. He was much to old for for all this and had he been at home he'd have been expected to make an appearance at whatever party was being held for individuals his age, he wouldn't have stayed long.
He sighed and looked over the crowd again. He just wanted to get back to his room.

Just in case Zillah wanted to run into him, I would say this is after their lab meeting.
Kappa wasn't handling this event well. It wasn't exactly the fairgrounds itself that bothered him, but it was the costumes. Anyone could be hiding under them, and Kappa had become increasingly aware that if someone were to harm him there was a chance no one would notice. Blood was a costume accessory. Bruises were makeup. He felt unsafe. This had lead him to running towards the safest place he could find; a booth chalk FULL of plushies.
Lucky for him, the booth attendant was giving out free plushies for the next five minutes. Timidly, as if he might be bitten in the process, Kappa scooped up a tiny plushie before flopping on the ground, leaning against the booth leg.
Maybe he'd just stay here for awhile.

Tobias was still contemplating if he wanted to go inside. Now that he thought about it, this wasn't that fun without Keegan or Yue. Actually, it was lonely. The Grimm found himself sitting on the stairs of a house, head resting in his hands. Maybe.... maybe Yue was with her other Little Sibling. Sometimes he felt bitter whenever he remembered she had another. It had just been them for so long... and now...
What if Yue preferred the other one?
He shook his head rapidly, a loud whine escaping him. No! Yue would never feel that way towards him! She wasn't like the other adults! She picked him! She just... also picked someone else, too....
Oh. His ears perked up as he heard someone approach him, tail wagging briefly as popcorn was dropped into his pail. How nice!
