Karin blushed deeply at his kiss. Even though he had done it once before she felt s if it were the first one again. Karin thought she might never get used to him kissing her so nonchalantly.

When he walked towards his dueler, Karin was able to sit and watch. Violence wasn't something she was for but he made it seem like it was something he really didn't want to do and she could understand why. When it began to was so nervous for him but she believed that he would win. Viktor's opponent reminded her of her Master. So full of anger for some reason. "Maybe he has a grudge against Prince Viktor?"She asks her self but she couldn't come up with any reasons of why he would hate him so much.

When the dual came to its climax, Karin was happy since Viktor spared his life. She thought that the man might actually learn to take his second chance and use it wisely. But while the Prince was walking back to see her, She noticed the man get up and run after him. She couldn't bare to look, so Karin covered her eyes unis all she could hear was Viktor yelling and then she looked up to notice he was safe.

She was so happy that her eyes were filled with tears yet she was still sad that anger and vengeance consumed the poor man and he lost his life. Viktor's words to Karin about how he wished not for her to see such a thing made her happy. She gave him a tight hug without think and spoke."It is alright. I am happy that you have come back safe and sound."Karin says.

Karin blushed as well when he embraced her with comfort and maybe even love. For some reason she hoped for that. When he talked about leaving.she smiled and nodded."Thank you for being so kind to me. but i still don't get why you are treating me so well. i assume you don't do this for all the slave girls"She asked with small humor as she entered the carriage and sat across from him inside.

Karin blushed hearing that she was the first slave girl to be treated like this. "Am I..the last?" She asked the Prince with humbleness but was somehow asking him if she was special to him in any way. Karin then blushed deeply realizing how selfish she was being now. how could she ask such a question.'I'm sorry please forgive me, Your Highness. I have no right to ask you such things." Karin says then lowered her head in shame.

Karin blushed as she thought of what he said in a romantic way. She then looked down at her lap where she was twiddling with her fingers.'Y-yes, Your Highness. Thank you.'She replies then tried not to show her happiness for some reason. She thought it embarrassing if he notices her smile.

Karin could hardly contain her happiness with the thought that maybe Viktor genuinely liked her. But then she could hear her masters mocking her in her own mind. Saying she was worthless and that no one would ever come to like her. Back with her masters was the safest place in this world. "Please stop." She says to herself.

She planned to stay in her room when they return to the Kingdom. She couldn't help but be depressed. Though she continued to smile for the Prince so he would not worry. She lifted her head and looked right at him for a reason not known to her.

She blushed deeply as she didn't quite catch what he said. "Lunch? You don't mind at all that I join you?" Karin asks as she was happy again. It was strange how he could change her feeling so quickly. This kind of feeling was knew to her.

"Well, I would love to have lunch with you, Your Highness."She smiles then takes his hand as he helps her out of the carriage.

"So...what happens at this place again." Karin asks while looking up at the shop. As anyone could see, Karin was not accustomed to this kind of life or even being treated with a decent amount of respect.

"Oh I see." Karin replies to the driver then walks inside and keeps Viktor's word in mind. She began to wonder how long this process would take but tried to not think of it and have a nice time since Viktor was here with her.
