Lina watched the dome forming, the earth holding a few moments before the lightning storm punched a hole through the ceiling big enough for what rapidly became a continuous torrent of energy to continue it's journey between earth and moon.
She focused for a moment, the seals on her armor activating for a moment, most of her gear vanishing and a faint pure ki glow forming around her as her own reserves started to bottom out. "Well one last show then..."
She slashed the blade against it's counterpart. There was a moment where all sound inside the eclipse's shadow stopped. Then sound came roaring back with the sound of metal on metal straining then a crack as one blade cut through the other.
The energy flow stopped. There was a torrent of air being sucked into the dome through the opening at the top, with a explosion somewhere inside almost completely covered by the sound of rushing air. After a few moments the dome seemed to implode in on itself, shrinking in size till the rock dome had been compressed down to a half sphere only 2 feet tall.
Lina did not re-appear nearby.

The sky started to lighten as the eclipse slowly resumed it's natural course. The first moments seeming to crawl by as if time was resuming it's journey hesitantly.
The creature that Tier's duplicate had exploded on would be found to be missing the moment the smoke and debris cleared. A hole the shape of it's body having allowed it to sink into the ground. The water user's influence clear in the way the earth had sank and turned back to mud. Whether or not it was a corpse or not was left to the group's imagination.
The creature, or creatures had apparently retreated with the return of the light.

When all the sound around them ceased for mere seconds, Ren held his hands in front of his face the moment the metal cracking against each other sounded. After the spectacle finished, Ren's optical bloodline peered inside the 2 foot tall dome that was left standing. No one was inside it, and Lina was gone along with the other remaining bird-men.
Ren stepped out from behind Ookamimaru as his optical bloodline deactivated. The veins around his eyes relaxed and returned to normal. "...What happened?"

Ookamimaru had witnessed what happened and was shocked when the dome Lina was in shrank to a dangerously small thing. He just stood there, frozen, thinking of ways she would be able to fit in it.... When Ren spoke he flashed back to reality. "Lina!" He yelled as he jolted forward towards the dome, falling on his knees when he reached it. "Can't be gone, right?!" He yelled over his shoulder towards Ren, his voice breaking at the last word. "can see right?!"

Tier rose out of Ookamimaru's shadow, behind him, and looked down at the 2 foot dome. Then his single yellow eye scanned the area around them. Nothing was immediately noticeable, and the eclipse was subsiding. Lina stopped the catastrophe. "We leave. Can't talk here." Tier stated to the ground as he turned and started to make haste towards the treeline, his halberd weapon still in hand.

Ren ran towards Ookamimaru and tried to pull him up, "She's not in there. I don't know what just happened, but we have to catch up with Tier before we get left behind..!" He would start running when Ookamimaru would.

Ookamimaru had indeed not listened and tried to shrug off Ren at first. They couldn't just leave Lina behind, right? Then again, Ren couldn't see Lina in the dome, so she wasn't there, right? If she wasn't there then there could still be a chance that she somehow got away alive, right? He decided to believe that when he started running after Tier, wiping away some tears.

Lina slowly opened her eyes. She glanced around the clearing, the sky above seemed off to her. As she looked around it seemed like how she was seeing color was altered.... probably meaning a concussion or other head injury on-top of everything else. the world seemed thrown off. Likewise it seemed she hadn't recovered her hearing properly as she saw the other figures nearby. The bird things had vanished which was good in her mind, but still something wasn't quite right.
Lina blinked as the figures left the clearing. "Oh great, leave the girl who was half-dead before her brain-dead stunt laying out in the open... real nice guys" she blinked as the group seemed to be moving away still "Real funny guys... jokes over" Lina got to her feet, blinking as she looked down at the arm she pushed off the ground with. "... That can't be good" she said as she stared at a perfectly normal arm, noticing she had the normal number of limbs once more.
Lina stood up, feeling none of the pain and tried to follow the group, impacting some kind of barrier after trying to follow the others about 100 yards. Just before the group was out of sight Lina flared her aura "Fox-Fire revised... Twin Nova" she screamed trying to fling the twin inferno's of spirit energy into the barrier stopping her travel. The only immediate result was a flare of Ki similar to forming a battle aura... which drained Lina's dwindling reserves; The barrier reacted by suddenly closing in and pulling Lina back towards the dome.
She tilted her head "Maybe out of phase... or cloaked.... genjutsu?" she shook her head "Too many things to count it could be... guess I need to knock out what it can't be... Well I can't be dead, things like me don't die, we just go back to where we began when our bodies give out...."
Lina walked around the barrier trapping her in place before sighing and sitting ontop of the dome and glancing out at her doppelganger still trapped on the ground in full battle gear... even if at a reduced size. "You'd think they would have done something about that thing" she sighed and looked at her watch... or tried to when she noticed the lack of pretty-much of anything on her person.

It didn't seem to take very long for darkness to return to the sky as night began to fall Lina found that she was making little progress. The barrier trapping her seemed only to shrink with every attempt, and while she was making great leaps and bounds in shrinking and compressing the battle aura she was generating into what might one-day allow her to use a pure version of the foxfire technique it seemed that she had given up almost all the room she had to move around the small boulder.
Lina blinked a few times as a breeze began to form, though she couldn't feel it it was visible as the dead trees branches began to shake. She noticed four shadows passing overhead, though looking up revealed nothing to even her trained eyes. "Well at least those two took notice" she said as she watched the dust kicked up. There were four heavy impacts against the ground before the wind died down. The doppelganger was slowly removed from view as slowly from the ground up as what seemed like a hexagonal bubble slowly formed looking like hundreds of mirrors as they first spread out before shimmering and blending into the environment perfectly once the bubble had completed. The only change in the scenery being the lack of the doppelganger and the cessation of the breeze.
Lina tried to listen, but the area she was in seemed soundless. Though it was clear to any other observers that even if they were unable to penetrate the illusion's visual covering the sound of heavy metal footfalls could be heard slowly moving off metal and onto the soft but dry earth.
After several minutes passed an armored figure walked out of the illusion, glancing around the area and looking at a compass that seemed to point directly to Lina.

Lina blinked as the armored man began to walk towards her. She started to walk forward, but found herself pushing against the barrier before she could do anything. She was somewhat unsettled as he walked straight through her, clearly not even noticing. As she glanced through him for a moment she turned and looked at the compass, blinking as it pointed the man straight towards the rock she had been sitting on. "Well that makes no sense" she said, somewhat unsettled as she watched the man begin to examine the rock sphere with several digging tools.

For several minutes he cut away at the stone, pulling several objects that clearly belonged to Lina out of the compressed stone. Stopping to focus on a crystal before putting it in a pouch on his belt.
The armored man spun suddenly, hands reaching for a blade he didn't have. His posture shifting to a loose stance. He didn't glance around, just towards one point. There was nothing there but still he remained focused on the point. After several moments he pulled a combat knife out of the oversized left armguard. Said armguard fanning out into a small triangular shield. The bladed edge of the knife first began to glow then vibrate as spiritual energy without an elemental affinity was infused into it. A low humming coming from it.

"Well Well, the admiral himself, she must be desperate to let a former shell of a great man such as yourself out on such a petty mission." The voice was easily recognizable in it's mocking tone, though it appeared to be coming from all around. Suddenly the voice would be focused directly behind the armored man. "I almost respected what you were before she defeated you... after that you showed just how much of a failure you really were"

He didn't move, didn't react, just faded into nothing before the knife plunged through the source of the voice. The sound based genjutsu distorting perception of his true position.

There was an overly dramatic shower of blood out of the wound as the one Lina called the demon appeared., the body going limp against the knife for several moments before the figure's head turned a hundred-and-eighty degrees around, to look the armored figure in the face-plate. "Please tell me there was more to your plan then that?"
He snapped his fingers, and the body impaled on the knife exploded in a massive fireball, the energy being focused towards an area based concussive explosion.

He couldn't do anything about the blast, the armor protected him, but the intensity of the heat weakened the armor before the concussive shockwave impacted sending him flying back through several of the dead trees and into the hexagonal bubble where the momentum was halted by something unseen. It took him several long moments to get to his feet. He dropped the hilt of the now shattered knife and tried to take stock of his surroundings. His breathing through the armor sounding not unlike a water pump trying to take in air.
It took him several long moments to return from the bubble, and it was clear he wasn't in good shape, the armor was scorched black, and large cracks were visible. He was keeping the shield close to his torso, attempting to hide what seemed a hole in the outer layers of armor.
