And Your Voice Was All I Heard...

Not quite liking the way Mizuki shifted, as if Adney would harm the child behind her, he chose not to speak up about it. Instead, he chose to reply to her spoken statement. "That is why he is going. He does not think Mister Richardson needs anymore back up, but has instead chosen to assist him in your place." his voice was quiet, though plenty loud enough to be heard; he watched his friend run across the field, aiming for danger. He didn't like Adney approaching the beast, his gifts could hardly be considered good for offense, and his weapons of choice would do little damage; Cam, on the other hand, was fully equipped, and had a friend to watch his back. The spirit glanced as Mizuki, squeezing her hand gently. "But if you are going to insist on going over there, then I am going to insist you not leave me behind."

Mizuki sighed and was about to turn to go towards the creature when Cedric stopped her. His eyes look at both Pyry and his dance teacher. "Please Miss Kaito. Don't go. You should stay here with me. As long as I'm okay I can heal anyone right. That is the power I have. I can heal anyone in time so even the most beat up person will survive as long as they aren't already dead." The teen said revealing his power to a stranger like Pyry. Mizukie knew about it the whole time. Mizuki nodded. Maybe it was for the best that she stayed.

So Many Characters In One Place...

Sighing, Bellatrix was forced to bite her toungue to prevent a curse from escaping. Should Len have a plan, it was clear that he didn't care to answer before leaving. Dropping her arms from thier crossed position, she sprinted away from the small group of teachers still present. Once close enough to distinguish a familiar figure, she was sure to reach out, words coming almost endlessly in a lecturing tone. "Andy! What are you doing? Why?"

With an obvious frown, Andrew neared closer to the golem. His gaze swept over the scene with worry. His oncern for every being in near the giant beast was clear, especially those on or within reach; Rina, Icarus and Len specifically. With his concentration in front, he jumped lightly at the touch of Bella's tap. "Woaw! What?"

Closing her eyes for a moment, she was sure to stay quiet, not bothering to continue when her breath would only bounce off deaf ears. "Whatever." she mumbled, hands finally reaching down to her undo the straps of her heels.

The Gang Is All Here...

Hearing a familiar voice, one filled with surprise and far too close for her liking, Rina's head whipped around. What was he doing here? He was supposed to get lost, or stay at the tent. Biting her lip, she glanced swiftly at her brother, who simply sighed and nodded; he'd cover Len while she went and took care of Andrew. Zipping towards him, she drops to the ground with her hands on her hips. She was only a few feet away, and though she could see the woman standing nearby, she paid him no mind. "Andrew, what are you doing? You could get hurt." she frowned, trying very hard not to look frantic. It was extremely dangerous, and she herself would think twice before coming anywhere near the golem without her brother at her side. "You're way too close. It isn't safe."

Relieved that she seemed to give in to stay, Pyry relaxed slightly; he turned his attention back to Adney, biting the inside of his lip discreetly in concern; he wanted to be out there, covering his friend's back, but felt that he should be here as well. Looking at Mizuki, he did his best to smile for her. Things would be alright, especially if Cedric was telling the truth. "There is little to do that is not already being done." he nodded, as if agreeing that she should stay here. His gaze soon turned back to the crazy redhead making a lone charge.

Turning from Bellatrix, his eyebrow raised lightly at Rina's appearence. "Ah. You're worried? Is that why you left?" he questioned, his arms crossing with obvious displeasement. From the corner of his eye he noticed the elf's small smirk; her expression in agreement to the slyph's words. Nontheless she stepped back quietly, having trouble with her right shoe and in no mood to anger Andrew. With his attention now back to the princess, he continued speaking, his tone serious. "How far is safe to you?"

Frowning she crossed her arms in response. "I was going to fight it anyway, but that doesn't mean one of us can't be sane." she tells him, not quite liking the way he was looking at her. Her expression turned less worrisome, and more defensive as he continued. He was mad, she had expected him to be, but he was being too reckless right now. He was too close to that stupid golem, and too focused on being unhappy with her. "Far enough that it can't take a step or two and squish you underfoot." she retorted, ignoring the woman behind him. Rina didn't recognize the teacher, nor did she know of her relationship with Andrew; right now, she didn't really care. She was too busy trying to get Andrew to go back to the medical tent, or at least move farther back.

Vera skidded to a stop from the dorm hall, hearing shouts and tortured animalistic sounds. face grim, scales rippled across her face and visible sin momentarily, flipping like something pierced through the middle and able to spin forever, before disappearing under her skin, silent back up that would remain unseen. rubbing her necklace nervously, she made her decision and ran out with a serious face. looking out at all the fighting, she didn't know where she could go since she had no weapons other than her magic. she ran around the outskirts looking for where she could help when she felt the ground vibrate from something large walking their way "oh no, don't tell me..." she muttered, concern and almost-fear coming into her voice as he eyes widened. something broke through the trees and made its slow-yet-ground-covering way to her, long tail lashing out at amazing speed to crash down smaller trees "SHIIIIIIIT....!" Vera shouted as she ran off away from the things coming after her "not good, not good...." she muttered, Greator the wyvern holding onto her shoulders securely as she sped on. seeing a random fallen monster with a giant sword, she dragged at the thing hoping she'd be able to swing it. it slid away easily, making her stumble backwards since she had been bracing herself against the supposed weight. she had a moment to wonder why, then saw the reason; it was meant for dragon warriors, and being half dragon it was as nothing to her

anger gave her fuel for her inner rage at something from her family, however obliquely, being in the hands of such a monster. Greator summed it up for her with a blood-chilling hiss and keening growl that grated on the ears. shouting out a war challenge in Dragon, she ran over to the monsters from earlier to slice between their joints, since that was just about their only sensitive spot; that and their eyes, though those tended to be quite well protected with the natural helmets they had. all their armor was like metal, even the pebbly skin that wasn't plated was harder than normal skin. she made sure to stay out of the drool, though with the half dozen of beasts slavering all over the place, that was kind of difficult.

with another soundless and drawn-out cry that was doubtless lost in the many other war shouts and skirmishes, fire ran up and down her arms to trace runes through the sword, making it gleam and grow, gaining inverted spikes for better tearing, as well as making it curved. recognizing her true dragon blood, half as it was, it also gave her some sort of basic armor. she systematically slashed at the beasts, avoiding their slime and strong jaws and crushing heavy feet as well as dancing away from their spiked tails. thoroughly pissed now, she shot lances of pure fire at their eyes while on the move, making her miss a few times to have it splatter and sizzle out along their armor-like plates. cursing fluently in at least three different dialects, she felt herself eventually starting to tire against these things, these beasts somehow brought down from her homeland

"Why am I the sane one then?" he questioned, a large amount of sarcasm in his tone. Considering that he too was ignoring Bellatrix's prescence, he continued speaking, with only the occasional glance to the creature, just in case it chose to move farther. "Rina, I have no issue with you fighting." And that was true, as he knew the slyph was more than capable to care for herself, but he had made a promise to icarus; though it was quick and spoken lightly.

Dawn's path was quick to stop at the golem, a frown lining her features as she watched the others battle. With her gaze sweeping across the battle, she was happy to see no serious problems yet, but was surprised to see her own vice principal on the beast. But another sound caught her attention, along with a familiar yell. Her entire body turned, and she immediately ran to it, now sure this golem wasn't the only being near.

The Gang Is All Here...

Her frown deepened at his sarcasm, and she resisted the urge to glare at him. "Because one of us has to be!" her concern had slowly begun to vanish, replaced by something more along the lines of irritation. She had only been concerned for him, and here he was being oh so sarcastic with her. His last statement pushed a little too far. She hadn't been looking for his permission. "Good, because it's going to happen anyway." her voice rose slightly, her hands balling into small fists. Wings exploded from her back, and she took off to land heavily on the beast's head. She landed on one knee, forcing herself down onto it. Mister Richardson!" she yelled, looking to the Vice Principal. "What do you want us to do?" she asked, looking for some sort of guidance. With the man on top of the golem, it was going to be more difficult to knock it over without harming him. She hadn't intended to be so direct, or get so close to the golem, but she was mad at Andrew and figured this would show him.

As his mostly invisible army continued to surge forward and throw themselves at the golem, the redhead came to a stop beside the teacher his friend had identified as Bellatrix Solindo-Caliu. He smiled charmingly at her, standing casually a foot or so away. "Would you like some help with that?" he asks, indicating the shoe she was having trouble with. He thought best to get to know this teacher, curious as to what she might know; not to mention how pretty she was.

So Many Characters In One Place...

With his arms still crossed, Andrew kept his composure as best he could, even with Rina's words and raised voice. His eyes narrowed as he bit his tongue, letting the slyph do as she pleased. In his mind, he figured it wouldn't matter, and he was trying to convince himself that he didn't care. Turning away from the scene, he dropped his arms and sighed. He leaned against one of the many trees, defiant in his own actions to stay.

A moment or so passed with the frustrating shoe, and soon, Bellatrix gave up and casually brought her knees to her chest, her gaze watching the golem's scene until the white-haired girl she'd seen a few feet away land atop the beast. Quickly, her eyes shifted to Andrew's single figure as she debated whether or not to speak with him. However, it seemed the decision to leave him be was made by another. Hearing a new voice, she glanced up, surprised to see a man not terribly far offering assisstance. A polite smile formed as she accepted, "That would be helpful."

The Gang Is All Here...

Having seen the short argument between the students, the drama teacher chose to brush it off; it had looked to be a lover's quarrel, and so he had no place in it. Keeping his charming smile in place, he moved closer to the female teacher and took a knee before her. His body shifted forward, as his fingers nimbly set to work undoing the difficult strap. It seemed to be stuck, but he wasn't about to let that deter him. His fingertips brushed her ankle lightly, but he finally managed to undo the stuck strap. Removing the shoe, he extends his hands to offer it to her. "Here you are."

Noting the white-haired figure landing heavily on golem, Icarus flew back in the air in surprise. His jaw clenched, and he moved to rocket at her when a swing by the beast narrowly missed him. Tumbling backwards through the air, he just manages to right himself before touching the ground. Her heels dug into the earth as he slid backwards, and as he came to a stop, he could see Andrew just ahead of him. His features turned dark as he advanced on the unsuspecting student, though his voice remained oddly low and even. "Why is she acting more like a simpleton than usual?" he asks, his tone, while deceptively calm, making is question sound like more of a demand. "Please tell me, Andrew, why my stupid sister seems to have completely lost her mind."

So Many Characters In One Place...

Glad for the help, Bellatrix was sure to thank the man, flashing a bright smile in the process. "Thank you very much, uh-" Pausing as she realized that she couldn't place a name, she simply gave small laugh to cover the odd silence before requesting, "What is my lovely helper's name?" She meant no attachment by the strange title, it was more of a habit to call new people such, and so she patiently waited for a response as she stood. It was wonderful to be free of the heels, knowing that she'd already worn them all day and had no intention of wearing them all night.

Watching as Icarus found his way to the ground, Andrew recrossed his arms, a small amount of anger still bubbling. Although honestly, it was quickly ebbing under as Rina spent more time among the large and strange golem. Her brother's voice seemed to conflict with the obvious meanings behind, and Andrew answered swiftly, snapping at him with a frown.. "Becuase she has enough pride that it would rival any human's."

Standing as she took the shoe, he smiled in response. "Adney Sol, and it's always a pleasure to assist a lovely lady like yourself." he responded, hands moving to rest casually in his pockets once more. He took no ulterior meaning from his newly given title, and simply acted as if it hadn't been used. The young man glanced about, taking note of thee dangerous creatures running about, eyes settling a moment on his brother before turning his attention back to the other teacher. "You wouldn't happen to know why there are such strange beings attacking our students, would you?" he asked, as if he hadn't been listening to her conversation with Len earlier.

Raising a brow at the other boy's snippy response, his dark expression shifted. He frowned faintly, watching the boy carefully a moment before speaking. "And this is news to you? I had thought you two knew each other better." his tone continued to be both neutral and calm, never raising above a normal level. "She doesn't like to think she needs to be looked after. I had been hoping she was smitten enough that she might listen to you, but it seems it's worse than I thought." he turned from watching the other male student, his eyes searching for, and eventually falling on, his sister. "I think she might be trying to prove something to you... How very troublesome."

Smiling, she held her hands behind her back as Adney moved his own into pockets. She took a moment to remember the name, speaking to introduce her own self. "Adney, nice to meet you. I'm Bellatrix." Speaking his name with a certain amount of thought, she offered her hand politely as she adressed his question. "I have an idea." Honestly, she wasn't sure if Len's information was completely true, nor was she aware of her permission to repeat such surprising statements. So she took a safe route, asking the same in return. "Have you any clue?"

Allowing his own tone to calm and posture to relax slightly, Andrew listened to the slyph's words. In hindsight, it was absolutely no surprise that Rina would react so strongly and boldly, but he could make no excuse. The next words from Icarus were rather odd, and he was curious as to complete meanings. Worse than smitten? Despite all current troubles he was extremely happy to hear so, but resisted any sort of smile as he responded. "Great. Although I would rather she stop." His tone was still holding sarcasm, and he was regretting it, but it was how he felt, as Rina's current position was begginning to worry him.

Mizuki smiled. She was glad that she had one of the best men in the world next to her. "Oh Pyry." She said in a cheerful voice as she moved in front of her boyfriend. She wrapped her arms around his neck. She gave him a peck on the lips. It made her feel calm when her boyfriend and her are touching. It was a great way for her to relax.
