Josh frowned when Vanessa walked away. He looked up at Kirk. "Sure, man." he began walking to the field while rubbing his sore stomach and tightened his grip on his Nimbus. "Have you flown before?" he asked, staring ahead.

"Yeah! Hundreds of times." Kirk replied. "What about you?" He half expected him to be an amateur with no skill whatsoever. But the other half expected him to be some badass broom junkie that would own him.

Josh nodded. "I've flown ever since I could walk." he replied honestly. When they came to the field, Josh boarded his Nimbus and flew high into the air swiftly. Josh motioned Kirk up. "Come on up!" He leaned his upper weight onto his broom, resting his head on the top of his fists.

Vanessa watched Nixon fly out the window and out of sight. Xiola looked up.
"Oh, hey, Vanessa." she said to her.
Vanessa smiled. "Hey. I'm going to go walk around."
Xiola perked up. "Can I come?" she smiled widely as she picked up Peyo from her lap.
Vanessa smiled and nodded. "You can bring Peyo, too." she offered.
Xiola smiled happily and cradled Peyo in her arm as she swiftly walked out the Hufflepuff dormitory and into the halls. Kyree still sat in the lobby with other girls.

Kirk was starting to like this kid. Even though he did despise him for kind of calling dibs on Vanessa. But still, he was an all-around nice guy. "I'm coming!" he shouted. He climbed on him broom. He kicked off the ground and whooshed into the air. The wind rushing through his hair felt like a relief. When he was flying, he felt like nothing else mattered.

"N-not really. I mean, not that well yet." Katari replied, nervously shifting her weight from one foot to the other. She honestly hadn't ever even looked at a broom in her life. But she wasn't about to tell Leighton that

Leighton half-smiled handsomely. "Do you want to go flying?" he paused a moment. "You did bring your broom to Hogwarts, right?" Leighton was in a mood for flying anyways. He loved the feeling. I mean, he had wings, but no one needed to know that.
Vanessa and Xiola sat under a large shady tree when coming to The Quad. They began looking over the book on spells they had gotten from the book store at Diagon Alley.

"Of course I brought my broom. And I'd love to go flying with you..." Katari said, shifting her weight from one foot to the other "B-But I really want to go check out the rest of the school. Maybe we can go flying some other time?" After I've had lessons, she thought.

Leighton frowned and shrugged it off. "Sure." he looked past Katari and saw Vanessa and Xiola sitting in the quad. "Well, hey, I have to go. But we will definitely fly together." he smiled at her. "Promise." his dark eyes focused to the quad as he walked away from her.

 Mion walks up the field slowly, glancing nervously at the 2 boys flying above her. She grabs her broom and kicks off, catching up to the boys above with breath taking speed. "Hi! Do you mid if i fly with you guys? I'm new here, and i heard you taking about flying and got interested." Mion smiled lightly and offered her hand. "I'm Mion Darkmoon by the way."

Kirk was startled by the girl and nearly fell off his broomstick. "Woah!" he screamed. "Didn't see you there. Nice to meet you, Mion. I'm Kirk." He reached a hand out, trying to balance himself.

Leighton squinted when the bright sun hit his face as he entered the quad. He walked up to Vanessa and Xiola but didn't sit down with them. "Vanessa, hey." he frowned. "Sorry I left before. I just had some things to do before school starts tomorrow."
Vanessa smiled forgivingly. "Don't worry about. Let's go flying like you promised." she stood and invited Xiola, but she was going to head back to the dorms with her rat, Peyo. Vanessa and Xiola said goodbye.
Leighton and Vanessa came to the field. They boarded their nimbuses and kicked off the ground. They chased each other and laughed like they did when they were children. Vanessa bumped into Kirk. "Oh! I'm so sorry!" Vanessa said as she gripped onto his arm. "I wasn't paying attention, my fault."
Leighton sat straight on his broom and crossed his arms. He glanced at the stranger, Mion, wondering who she was. Hopefully Kirk's girlfriend.. Leighton thought with a grimace.

"Nice to meet you too, Kirk! You guys fly amazingly!" Mion smiled, flashing her canines. She took his hand in hers and shook. Then she looked at the boy next to Kirk. "And you are....?" she asked as she stared.

Leighton shooed a fly from him. "Oh, I'm Leighton. Third year in Ravenclaw." he replied with a blank face. He raised an eyebrow at her teeth. "Are you a werewolf?" he asked curiously.
Vanessa stared at the two and listened to their conversation.

Kirk liked Mion's spunk. She was a nice girl. Until he saw her teeth. He was puzzled by them. Is she a vampire? A wolf? What is she?
