Flametail gave a yawn then got to his paws. "Alright, Alright i'm coming!" He mewed and began to padd to the entrance. "Patorl?" He asked looking back over his shoulder at Redheart.

Redheart nodded heading in the direction of Shadowclan border. "Do you think I'll be a good father Flametail?" He asked the tom looking at his paws as he padded on.

Flametail padded after Redheart, He began to chuckle. "Every Tom thinks that they will be a horrible father." He mewed and stopped. He sat down and opened his mouth for any scent, "Seems that the other clans haven't been sending out patorls, I can't smell Riverclan or Thunderclan Cats."

Redheart rose a brow at him then opened his jowls quickly. "Windclan has, but only this morning." He answered before looking ath is paws again. "I'm not kidding Flametail, I barely understand my little brother, Stormkit, when he talks or what he wants when he yowls."

"Yes, but you will have Father instincts." He mewed then turned his head to look at Redheart, "Also, Waterstream really trust you." He reminded Redheart then padded along the border.

Redheart smield at his best friend but stopped as he mentioned Waterstream trusting him. "She used to hiss at me for being a loner. Now, well thats a different story." HE chuckled nad waled beside him. "What about you? I beleive you have fatherly instincts as well." HE teased nudging him.

Redheart chuckled sniffing the border as htey walked. "At least you werent careless..." HE mumbled. "With me being cocky she wont ever be able to set foot out of camp." HE groaned his grieve returning. He was the one who grounded and tied Waterstream to the nursery and in camp.

Flametail gave a sigh hearing his friend's words, "Come on, We both know Waterstream doesn't care." He mewed then padded ahead, "She loves kits and the appentices."

Redheart sighed again, "But after awhile she'll hate being locked there and not have the freedom of gatherings, hunts, or patrols. She jsut sit in the nursery being drove nuts with pointless gossip and chatter..." Redheart stopepd hismelf from saying more his thoart collasping from his tears. He didnt want to be a father, he wanted to be a deputy, a leader, then grow old and become an elder, not a father.... he sighed and carried on still crying but didnt care anymore. E was determined to still follow his dream no matter what.

Flametail wacked his friend upside the head with his tail, "Stop feeling bad For yourself!" He hissed then sat down, "What happened to that cocky, old Redpaw i knew! He knew that having kits couldn't change his dreams." He mewed then sat down.

Redheart pounced at him pinning him down claws unsheathed, "He's still here!" HE shouted down at him panting. HE looked away letting go of him.
