I have a question about the power level stat. How do they determine how strong attacks are? Also, then what is the strength stat for?

According to the Rules and Guidelines:
Strength - the quality or state of being strong; bodily or muscular power; mental power, force, or vigor.
Power Level - this is a gauge of how powerful your attacks using ki are
So, I suppose that Strength would be taken into account when a character attacks another by physical or mental means.
The Power Level would be taken into account if one attacks with a ki blast or defends against a ki blast.
Ex: Character A (Strength 10) punches Character B (Strength 1). Character B is knocked down to the ground with little effort.
Ex: Character A (Power Level 10) uses Kamehameha against Character B's Death Beam (Power Level cool . Character A wins beam struggle with effort.
That's my understanding. I've yet to engage in combat, though.

Power Level and Ki Points determine how strong an attack is. If there are two people fighting, both with a power level of 5 and one uses the galic gun against the special beam cannon then the galic gun would lose because the special beam cannon is stronger. But if the one using the galic gun has a power level of 10 compared to the 5 that the one using special beam cannon has then the galic gun could possibly overtake the special beam cannon or at least balance out.
Strength determines how powerful your melee/physical attacks are. Punches, kicks, attacks with weapons, etc.

Physical attacks can be used with ki to increase their strength right?

Thanks
So would that mean that a person with strength 7 and power level 6 would win against be just about equal to some one with 6 strength and 7 power level?

Yes the only way to outclass someone is if you have a few points higher. If it's close then there's no big difference. Like if if there's two people one with a 6 speed and another with a 7 speed. The one with 7 is clearly faster but not so fast that the 6 couldn't keep up unlike if it was 6 to 10 speed

Alright this has been really bugging me. It might already be answered but I need a clarification. When training on a specific point ( strength defense etc. etc.) does that not count on your over all Ki points? So does that mean.
Bob-Has 40,000 points however he wants to train his other stats. Would it not be a waste of points since the 600 words merely go into his stats and not his ki points.

They go into your Ki as well now. Green made that decision. So if Bob has 40,000 points, and he trains for 1 point in strength. he now has 40,600 points.

Alright, so say you go to the pendulum room in the Lookout...and it transports you to hell. If you know instantaneous movement, could you teleport there after you finish since you were "there"?

Let someone kill you, you'll be back in time for anything of significance.
