oh dang it sorry! I was working on it and all... then my RL got the best of me. I had a science project and my mom was bugging me to finish it. So sorry I couldn't send mine in peoples!

fghdfjh, crap. I couldn't get on for the past two or three days due to homework and computer issues, so if I quickly finish up my thing and send it in TODAY will it still be in? ; 3;

So, sorry if this seems to jump forward a bit, but I was thinking about the next issue. Is there anything anyone wants me to do, I'll be happy to do something!! (I'll still doing that puzzle thing, Lyra)

Hi Everyone! Okay, so I had an idea, I've already talked to Icee about it. Anyway, here it is, as you may or may not know, I've been Teaching the House Elf Class (as I was asked to by Icee).
Anyways, what do you guys/girls think about a 'Top Elf'. It would kind of be like 'Student of the Month' only for Elfs. This would only be done at the END of evey Term (that way you can choose for all the Elfs). They wouldn't get anything except, a page in the paper with an interview with a picture of them (their elf).
So, what do you think?

As for that, I'm sorry I forgot to mention it in the PMs: elves can be member of the month, unfortunately none have been chosen yet. (anyone can be member of the month, probably except Mods). I think the format we do now is best because one member gets the spotlight. If we were to do just elves it would be tricky because elves aren't house elves for very long (and certainly not for an entire term).

Actually most of the current Elf have been an elf for a term or more, only a handfull are brand new.

That's impossible. I oversee/do the post totals for elves and the eligible for sorting lists: since we have early sortings no active elf would be an elf for an entire term. Half yes, but not an entire term.
Two additional points: The HM post goes to the Member of the Month.
There's a post in the Giggling Pear for the Elf of the Week (granted that hasn't been awarded in many, many months) but if you want to use that spot, you're welcomed to since you taught the class. I like your idea of changing it to Elf of the Month. Again, I'm sorry I forgot to mention this in the PMs (I'd planned to), but I had more than a few PMs to get to in a small amount of time.
