Dodge nodded her head once, she was back on her way. This girl also looked like she had some food in her bag, which of course was always good. Dodge got off of Ninetales, and after, Ninetales sat down and unbuckled the other Pokéballs her teeth. Suddenly, a Nidorino, a Cubone, a Poliwhirl, and small Eevee erupted. Dodge shot a look at Ninetales. She shouldn't have done that, Dodge thought, now they will get picky about this girl and her Eevee and refuse to come. Dodge looked back up at the girl and smiled. "Hmph, I hope you do not dis-like my family." She said as Cubone jumped onto her back and climbed onto her shoulders.

"Not at all! I love pokemon. You seem to have a very well raised group with you. It just makes me miss my other pokemon back home even more..." Anna said.

Dodge put her hands behind her back as her shoulder began to ache from the Cubone. "Back home?" She questioned. "Where might that be?" Ninetales still was abut hurt from the look that Dodge gave her, but her head was still raised up high.

"Well, I came from Pallet Town, but I had moved there from somewhere else." Anna explained.

Dodge nodded her head once, because, quite frankly she could feel the police getting closer to her. "Well," She said, breaking the uncomfortable silence, "Let's get moving, eh?" [/size[

"Sure ok. Cmon Ella!" Anna said to Ella, whom had been greeting Dodge's Eevee.

Dodge took a head start. All her Pokémon trailed behind her, except for Cubone that was making home on her shoulders. Eevee was the newest member on the team, so of course she felt out of place. Eevee, al though feeling a bit odd, greeted the strange Eevee in front of him.

Anna followed behind, and Ella walked beside the other Eevvee, trying to make friends.
"So where are you from?" Anna asked.

As soon as Anna asked, Dodge thought of a cozy fire and sitting with Alexander. She missed him, so much it was painful. "I am not sure anymore. I used to live in Vermillion but I became sick, every since then I have been traveling with a boy and his Growlithe." She looked down and shuffled her feet. "But, I have no home I can go back to."

"Oh...That sounds so sad. What happened to the boy with the growlithe?" Anna asked, rather eager to hear te girls story.

Dodge gulped, tears wetting her eyes. "I left them." She said. "My father heard about my sickness and ordered me home. Alex- the boy tried to convince me that he could come with me. We fought, and in the end I told him he should not come with me and should follow his dreams. When I left him I felt as if my life was ended. Half way back to Vermillion I jumped after the car my father sent me. That," She took a deep breath still trying to hold back tears, "Is where we met." Dodge stopped walking and grabbed the girl's wrist. "If I start coughing, keep walking, alright? Even if I don't follow you, don't turn back."

Anna had a concerned look on her face. "Im not making any promises." She said with no emotion in her voice.

Dodge cringed as the words hit her. Anna seemed like a worthy companion. She let go of the girl's wrist and began to walk once again. Dodge put a hand in her pocket and signaled behind her. "Are you just going to stand there all day? It's getting dark." Dodge smiled as her Pokémon trotted behind her.

"Hm." Anna followed behind Dodge as the sun went to go down.
"Hey, Ive got some money, so I can get s a room for tonight. Since you dont have anywhere to go, you can hang with me for a while, if you want to." She said with a smile.

Dodge smiled, but discreetly. "You don't have to waste your money, I make a wicked camp site." Dodge looked behind her to check on Anna's pace.
