Leon was barely awake, the rain had startled him but he wouldn't be awake for long. "Who...who're you? Where am I?" He asked seeing the two girls instead of the walls of a prison cell.

Kanna gave him one of the animals. "You drink, and we'll explain." She said. "I'm Kanna Himura. It looks like you were in a shipwreck. We found you injured on the beach, so we brought you here." Then she started to take care of his injured leg.

Kanna took them. "Thanks." She said. She reached in her pocket and got out some past. She spread it on his wound and wrapped it tightly. "You shouldn't move for a day or so. I need to see if it will get infected." She said. She was an expert when it came to medicines since she had lived on her own for most of her life.

Leon sat up a little but winced from the pain. "Thanks," He said picking up a squirrel, "but how did you know I was a vampire?" He asked ripping into to the squirrels flesh until he remembered that he wasn't all alone in the middle of the ocean anymore and should use manners.

"Which means you're both vampires, and not just some humans who took in guy and thought he would like to drink chipmunk blood." He said smiling and showing his vampiric fangs that were coated in blood.

"Yea, we're both vampires." She said, with a half smile. "I've lived out here for a long time, so if you want to stay for a while, you're welcome to. Rose or I could show you around, and all the best hunting places." She offered.

Leon thought for a moment then smiled. "That'd be great. It's been a while for me since I've been in contact with people like me. Usually I have to stay at sea to get away from all the humans." He said finishing the last of the squirrels.

"Its very rare for a human to come in this forest..." Kanna said, and looked away. She didn't think she should tell him that this was where they banished people and other creatures if they have done something very wrong.

Leon felt that she was keeping something from him when she looked away but he didn't want to pry and pushed the thought aside. "Well, thank you. The change of scenery is nice. And the squirrels blood is better than fish blood." He said smilling

Kanna smiled back. "I bet. Although, seafood is still really good." She said remembering the shark Rose had caught them before. She leaned against the back of the cave. "So, were you in a shipwreck?" She asked. She sort of knew that, but wanted to be sure.

Rose sat back, "A shipwreck, obviously Kanna either that or he just likes to faint in the middle of drift wood." she smiled at Leon, "If you need anything else just tell me."

Lucien sat in his home, "Agh that city disgusts me vampires and mortals getting along." Lucien got out of his chair, "I think we should burn it to the ground and show how willing humans are to betray their vampire masters for a chance at life. I think they need to learn that we don't respect them as equals we know them as cattle that is it." Lucien threw on his cloak, "But we need to find their weakness and I think I know what it is. Attack the castle they will pay for banishing me and killing her."
