Fame over Infamy Kiva Hikano "Will i get to know the second part as well?"Amaya asked, looking sideways at him. "You will in time. You have no idea how complex the first and second are, and it will take delicate construction to combine them." Amaya shrugged and sat down in a chair and closed her eyes. She didn't respond to him. She knew she'd have to return to Kougushi and most likely be questioned again so she thought of that instead.

HE stood up, and walked to Kai."Did you consider paralyzing or killing the man? Or even an impedimentary jutsu?" Kai nodded. "Yes, I did try. I was going to use Kabuto's 'temple of nirvana.' I had altered the jutsu to work quicker than his and also managed to make less handseals. He still mamanged to stop me. He is interesting.

A figure made his way up the path, moving slowly. His steps were measured and eaven, leaning heavily on a solid metal cane. A heavy travelling cloak obbscured his body from sight, while the hood hid his face in shadow. Heavily bandaged hands appeared from beneath his sleeves, and he moved as if unable to see.
Every few steps he paused, drawing in a deep breath. Yes... the scent was still there. It was familiar, yet not, tinging his mind with scents of apples and smoke, and something more like incense. Heknew that particular scent, and the chakra linked to it. Amaya. Hopefully she was still his ally. Much had changed in his abscense, yet perhaps he could still trust her...

Gekido made a cutting motion through the air, signaling the two to silence themselves. He sensed someone, someone close by, who was above avergae shinobi level."We will talk on this later. For now, we have company." He motioned towards the large oak doors.

He continues along the path, a small smile crossing his lips as he detects other "scents" coming from the building. Finally reaching the door, he simply reaches out with a bandaged hand and knocks.
