Swords emerged in the city, it was now night time and it was cold and dark, with only few people here it was very eerie. He sat on a bench waiting, perhapse he could ask assistance of people living here.

Karitemaru got to the town and walked around the streets. He turned a corner and saw a man sitting on a bench. He looked very knowledgeable to rare minerals and such. Karitemaru walked over and took out the two frozen magma stones and showed it to the man and said, "Sir, do you know anything about these stones?"

Looking at the man, Swords sighed. "Yes I know about them. I have been looking for them, the elemnts contained within them conflict causing sparks yett the material remains intact for long periods of time...I made a sword using some before...Then I found of another weapon that required their use." He took the Divide from his pack and showed it to the man. "This weapon has now out lived it's use for me, I would trade it for two of those stones."

"Fine" Karitemaru handed the stones over to 'Swords' and in exchange he gave him the Divide.

"Your welcome." Replied Swords, he remembered when the skys here were blue, the birds would cheep and sing as the undamaged buildings would stand as an amasing sight...Much different to the waiste that was here now with people slinking about in the darkness.

Ami soon wandered into the Desolate Town. It didnt look like much to her, but she would at least spend the night here. She didnt know anyone, so she would just look for an Inn. Ami wandered the streets searching for a place to stay, or for a nice place to eat. Although she wore her long black gown, as always, underneath she had thigh high stockings that held her Sai. Her boots were laced all the way up her leg to her knees and were a scruffy, dusty black. Every step she took gathered more dirt onto her toes. 'Guess I should get another dress... or get this one washed somehow...', she mumbled to herself. She continued on her path looking at all of the buildings that she passed by.

Swords noticed a newcomer, a girl dressed in what looked like a ball gown. He glanced over towards the girl then looked up at the darkened sky. Peices of meteorite could still be seen etched in the buildings. "Interesting material, not like anything I've ever seen before."

While searching for her home for the night, Ami glanced at another being nearby. Amazed that she finally saw someone, she debated asking him if there was a place she could stay. She decided, if he knew, he would probably be smart enough to tell her, otherwise, she wasnt going to bother him. He was probably busy, although, she didnt see much anyone could do here. Ami noticed as she was walking, an abandoned clothing store, and a laundromat. "Well isnt that wierd... Just wat I was looking for." She decided those could wait however, and she would return after she found a place to stay.

Swords stayed on the bench for a long time, still looking up at the material smashed into the buildings. It was odd as it pulsated, as if something was inside waiting to get out or be freed.

Roaming back from where she came, making sure she didnt miss anything, Ami saw the man again. He was in the same spot she left him. Ami noticed he was staring at something. She looked up towards where he was looking and noticed stuff sticking out of buildings.
"Sir?" She almost whispered as she walked up to him. "What happened here?"

Swords looked at the girl, the same one who'd passed by before in her ball gown, he noticed she was still wearing it. "The Meteor, didn't you see it? It passed by not long ago." He said in an almost chilling plain voice.

Ami suddenly felt stupid. "Yes, I saw it, but I guess it didn't really occur to me. I didnt know where it landed either. Im not from around here..." She said slowly backing away. "I guess Ill just be on my way. Umm... You wouldnt happen to know of a place I could stay for the night would you?" She figured she was already talking to him, she might as well ask. Ami Marie looked around making sure she wouldnt feel stupid again if there was an Inn or something that she already passed.

"From what I know of these streets." He said. "Any residents are found in backallys...All those tha appear in the main streets are best avoided...There are exceptions however." Swords still used the same plain voice. "Are you an exception?" Upon his question, two figures walked out from an allyway, they laughed and joked as if nothing was happening. Sword turned his gaze over to them. "Because they are not."

"I see." She mumbled. She slowly started walking in the opposite direction to keep searching. He really didnt help much but at least she knew where most people where. She didnt wanna be with other people. She enjoyed being my herself. Ami then looked over her shoulder and replied to his question, "Im only best avoided by my enemies. So the real question should probably be, 'Are you my enemy?'" She then continued to walk.

Swords smiled as he remembered a phrase Dante once said to him, he repeated it to the girl. "I am just a memory." He noticed that the two figures were getting closer. "You'll forget me soon enough." He finished before standing up.
"Oi Clive, we've got two lovebirds ova 'ere." Said one of the figures to the other. "Them's on our street too."
"Well teach 'em to stay off our patch, right Ace" Replied the second figure. "Should be easy enuff."
