"Oh..." Lia said. He doesn't know how he got here? Maybe he lost his memory if he hit his head. She looked at Kouri cluelessly. "Kouri. Say something." She was pounded her hands together nervously, as her burn gave little pricks of pain.

Sighing, Kouri said "Well he's just like me then ain't he?" Turning to Ren, she said "A lot of people end up getting washed up here from other worlds. The first people who got here were these oldies called Sora, Kairi, and Riku. But now there's an entire town, and tons of people come here to visit Destiny Island. Something about those three bein' hero's or somethin'." She said dismissively. Staring at her, sucking up all the information he could get, he nodded....."Oh....." he said, still shivering like mad.

"And some of us," Lia added. "get adopted by the nice people who already live here." She noticed his shivering. "Where did that Tommy go? You could borrow some of his clothes, even though they might be too big."

"Oh..." He shivered.
"Yeeup. Lia here saved you all by herself! You should'a seen her! She was SO worried!" Kouri said with wide eyes as if to say 'would these eyes lie to you?'.

Pausing, the boy stared at her for a few moments, before his wary face turned in a 360. It was such a surprise at how kind-warmly adorably cute his smile was, Kouri actually choking on air, and started coughing. "No!" He said, smiling at her. "I guess what I should be saying-" He then said. "Is thanks!" While cocking his head slightly to the side.
OH MY GOD! Kouri sputtered.

Coughing, Kouri squeaked. "Oh, don't mind ME! I'm FINE!"
Ren sighed in relief. "That's good." He breathed.

"Okay..." Lia sighed. She looked down at her watch. "Oh crap. I have to go." She stood dusting the sand off her clothes. "Jenny wanted my home to celebrate Todd's birthday. See you guys later. Kouri find him a place to stay. Call me!" She ran off in the direction of her house.

"Wha-?" Ren looked after her as Lia ran off, a look of loss on his face. Standing up, Kouri said "What, only trust her? I ain't gonna EAT ya. C'mon, let's get you some dry clothes." Gulping, Ren nodded warily....Looking around, Kouri raised an eyebrow. "Where in the world did Tommy go?"

Lia burst through the dorr of her house and saw the family sitting at the table already eating.
"Sorry, I'm sorry I'm late." Lia panted as she apoligized. She took her place at the table. Across from her, Mercy stck her tongue out when her parents weren't looking. Snob...
"So, Lia." Jenny started. "What kept you?"
"Umm." Lia hesitated. Would it be a good idea to tell them about Ren? "Nothing. Just Kouri and Tommy and I were talking and I lost track of time." Not a complete lie... I was talking. Just not with Tommy, but Kouri was there.
